Great place to stay. Nice and clean too

Regular stay for me. The hotel is reasonably priced and close to beaches and shopping. The staff here are always nice, helpful and friendly The hotel is well equipped and comfortable, not a 5 star resort by any stretch but the rooms are comfortable and the pools are beautiful to swim in.

Great quiet place central to everything lovely staff. We stayed here in 2017 and it was nice to come back and find it as we remembered. Friendly helpful staff. Great access to all local amenities with a Circle K next door for any little grocery needs.

Such a beautiful hotel the staff are amazing and always willing to help when ever you need. Very comfortable rooms and always so clean. The location is great can walk to many shops and the beach. And so close to many good restaurants in legian. I would highly recommend a must stay in Bali

AQVA Hotel is always a great stay. Clean and affordable rooms and staff are always excellent. Clean pools and place is well maintained. Have stayed here many times and for good reason. While there a good coffee options on the street nearby, the hotel coffee is great with good milk options. Good value and service all round. 😎👍🏻

The hotel is well-located and although close to the road and shops, there is little noise. We had am issue with one of the room's air conditioning which wasn't working and this was remedied the next day when we were offered a different room with a working a/c. The studio rooms are very comfortable and well-equipped with a small fridge, kettle and coffee. The staff are excellent and kept the rooms very clean. The breakfast package was well worth it and the four choices were excellent. The pool is refreshing and the courtyard is not too hot. All in all, for the price, the studio rooms are excellent and I would stay there again.

I stayed at another hotel first, it was like a hospital, so I moved to the AQ-VA Hotel for the rest of my stay. As soon as I got out of the taxi into the AQ-VA foyer, I felt like my holiday had started. Relaxed Bright and Airy - Welcomed by a team of friendly faces. The room was massive like a small apartment - open fresh and bright. The menu was a smart selection of local and international - tasty, fresh, and flavourful. Location is very accessible to the vibrant Double Six, and Jalan Legian - and walking distance to the Malls. Great stay all up - no complaints from me. 5/5!!!!!

Good location - surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants, next to Legian St, close to Bintang Supermarket and walking distance to beach. Nice facilities, great pools, great staff. Quieter area of Legian and nice quiet hotel, but close to the action when you walk out the door

The staff at the Aq Va resort were lovely from the time we arrived, the rooms were ready on arrival, close by the pool and very neat and welcoming, bed was comfy, amenities were useful, cleaned every day and re stocked with whatever we required. The breakfast although not alot on the menu was yummy, coffee was great and so was the smoothies, we would definitely stay here again, the price was very reasonable.

We have been to beautiful Bali many, many times but this was the first time we have stayed at the AQ-VA . We stayed for 25 enjoyable days and could not have been happier. The ground floor room was extremely roomy and suited our length of accommodation. Our king bed was very comfortable and we found it easy to have a great sleep in! Breakfast was very adequate with great options and the restaurant was very, very well priced and we had some of the best western meals we have had in Bali along with great coffee! Location was a 10 min walk from Legian Beach and a 10 min walk to Bintang Market. The members of the staff Arif, Santi, Ovan, Sari, Adi, Nova and Komang were most welcoming, polite and courteous and couldn't do enough to make our stay outstanding. The only slight negative was the pool was on the cool side but no big deal. We definitely would not hesitate to have another lengthy stay at the AQ-VA in the future. Yours Sincerely CWB

Great hotel, great location- home away from home💕- good to find an apartment in Legian, so much room. Will be coming back, comfortable beds, very clean, staff friendly and welcoming. From start to finish my trip was smooth and hassle free🙏🏼

I checked into the Aq-va Hotel. I was disappointed to find the property is extremely run down and doesn't look like the pictures online. I had stayed here 5 years ago and it was decent then but has falled into disrepair. The main issue I had was the noise. The room I was given is right near the road and hotel entrance. It is so noisy and not pleasant at all with loud traffic noises and beeps at all hours. The room looks run down, The Hotel offered to move me to a room across the hall but that room is extremely smelly and even worse condition than the first one. They offered to spray the room but I'd rather not choke on airfreshener. The internet keeps dropping out every few minutes as the router cable is barely held in the wall socket. I was offered to upgrade to another level but I refuse to pay extra at this property. The pool is dirty and the gym is disgusting!!! Dirty terrible towels that are stained and look disgusting, there were brown stains on the towels and all of them a discoloured off white. On 11/11 I moved to room 300. The toilet didn't flush, the aircon didn't cool, the fan worked but not the cooling. The same sad state of the room and even dirtier towels. I spoke to a manager that wouldn't offer a refund if I checked out early. They still wanted an extra $15per night for an upgrade. I left early as I couldn't stay there.
