Location is very secluded, good for relaxing and unwind.

Good environment and good house service, but the toilet looks very dirty with a lot smell. And at breakfast, the waiter provides me the tea after 30 minutes since ordering. Much worse the cup is not washed totally. Unbelievably . Also the traffic in this area is very bad

Good service and good meals

The room is very Balinese, with harmony between man and nature, transparent, and dead heat. The swimming pool is very clean, and the bathroom is open, hahahaha, taking a shower and going to the toilet are basically outdoors, very natural, Bali has a pleasant climate, very comfortable, good night sleep and be careful of mosquitoes, people who like to be close to nature will like it very much

The appearance is very good, but we were given a very bad room with a damp smell. After talking to the front desk, we were changed to an ok room. The experience was very poor

This was our first visit to Bali and this beautiful resort gave the perfect first impression! We chose the Founders Home room and were blown away by the relaxation and beauty of the room. The staff was incredibly welcoming and the food incredible. We opted in to enjoy one of their spa packages as well. Both of us melted and fell asleep. The spa staff was wonderful and incredibly gifted in the art of relaxation. We also chose to do the Romantic Dinner encounter and was blown away by the atmosphere, food and the beauty of the presentation. We are already singing their praises to friends and family. We can NOT wait to return and enjoy some of the other amenities we didn't have time to enjoy.

It was our first time visiting Bali and stayed in Villa Canggu by Plataran for 8 nights. As soon as we entered had such a warm welcome from the Front Office Team. We were staying in a garden villa. The location was perfect as it was right next to the restaurant and the main pool but at the same time it felt so private surrounded by all the greenery, beautiful plants and colourful flowers. You can spot butterflies, squirrels and the guineafowls in the garden, it is a mini jungle with incredible environment. The staff is always making sure and works so hard to keep the gardens tidy and clean. Also have its own grown vegetables and fruits in the garden what they use for their menu, Fahmi kindly showed us around all the plants and process. Had the most relaxing massage, professional service in a luxurious spa room, highly recommend trying the Padma Marmabyangam massage from the menu. Our villa was spacious and always spotless, housekeeping always makes sure you feel like home. We had the pleasure to take part in a private cooking class, using their home grown ingredients and get to know the traditional authentic Balinese kitchen. The restaurant in Villa Canggu is a top class, by far the best we have ever tasted. You must try it whlist stay, you will get addicted to the flavours! All the kind faces in the restaurant, bar, garden, spa, kitchen, housekeeping, front of house who made sure we get the best service at all the time. Just to name a few, Dika always made fabulous mocktails, Rai always gave us the best recommendation to try from the menu, lovely Dela, Dila, Trisna always making sure we have the most professional, excellent service. Every single member of the big team are so genuine, professional and kind hearted, totally spoilt us. They have such a high standard and really care so much for their guests. Can't thank you enough for everything, you made our holiday truly special, unique and forever memorable!

Amazing I would recommend to anyone, I was treated like a princess, it was my birthday and they went above and beyond for me, my room was upgraded to a pool villa and they even left a birthday cake and s beautiful message on my bed:)The staff were amazing the spa was also amazing and the room was perfect.

The villas are nice and comfortable, and also the staff are very friendly and helpful too. Rooms are clean and the foods are all delicious. There are so many activities that we could do at the villa, so staying in won’t be a problem at all. We’ll come back for sure!

beautiful resort with amazing people. We had a very special stay thank you for everything. The people treated as always with a big smile and a big heart. The hotel has an amazing breakfast and a nice shuttle service to their beach club. I was very fun.

We were upgraded to the Founders Villa, bonus! The resort has lots of character and lots of authentic furniture and decorations. The staff were exceptional and the rooms spacious, well appointed, and immaculately clean. The food was good and well priced. However, a menu refresh and some cooking classes would make a difference. There is nothing much in the vicinity, but at least there are no tacky tourist trash for sale. Nearby Canggu Beach is best avoided. Crowded, sewage flowing directly onto the beach and some dodgy characters ready to snach your bag or phone.
