Kubu Manggala Villas Seminyak

This place is not for families, especially children, or elderly, i wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there, slipped over twice on the slippery tiles especially when it rained it was impossible to walk on them because wet inside, filthy place. nowhere to go & eat , nothing around, booked for 7 days only stayed one night .

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Upon check-in we where each made to sign a waver, alarm bells should have started ringing then. The kitchen, fridge & water fountain where absolutely filthy the fridge looked like it had never been cleaned since the day it was installed. The bedding sheets & pillow cases were all grey & bath towels were really old. The shower & bath leeked all over the floor making all those very shiny tiles absolutely slippery & dangerous. There was also green matter growing out of the bathroom roof & I'm pretty sure it should not have been there. While sitting at the dinner table one of the chairs totally collapsed while it was being sat in. Shorlty after we arrived into our villa there was a massive thunder storm all the out door floor living area was totally soaking wet & 2 of our party slipped on the wet floor's as there was nothing to clean the water of the floor with no broom/squeegee when we reported this to reception they sent someone to squeegee the floor but the rain kept coming. We where booked in for 7 nights but only stayed one & that's only because we could not organise for anyone/driver to get us out of there as it was late at night & we had to find accommodation somewhere else as short notice. Upon complaining to reception the next morning and telling them why & what our concerns were they just said your not getting a refund. This place is not located near any shops or restaurants. I was not able to rate this accommodation zero stars as that's exactly what all 4 of our group said it was.
