Next door to a loud nightclub, sheets had stains on them, got food poisoning from the breakfast buffet, showerhead in my room falling off. Dirty plates left in the hallway for a day. Staff were friendly but more interested in their phones than the guests.
Cheap hotel. You get what you pay for.
In no way is this a 4 star hotel. 2stars only

We had great time with helpful staff and wonderful service. Nothing adverse observed and overall experience was good. The pool is the highlight with nature vibes.

Shall stay at this hotel again. Nice service, welcoming pool and dining area, good price and staff were great. Room was the best I'm stayed in so far in bali too :)

I wish I never booked this place. Been coming to Bali for over 15 yrs and decided to book based on other reviews. Staff helpful but that’s it. Rooms out dated , showers dirty and here’s the kicker . My fresh towel had somebody’s blood on it and it was disgusting 🤢

I had a challenging experience at this hotel. Initially, I was given a room that was not well-maintained—it was dusty and situated near a club, leading to a lot of noise that kept me awake at night. After I raised my concerns, the staff were accommodating and moved me to a quieter room on the other side. This new room was clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, significantly improving my stay. While I’m uncertain if I'd choose this hotel again, I appreciated its prime location near the beach and other attractions.

Had to change rooms because the sheets were dirty. Changed rooms, and the new room also had stained sheets. The hotel offered no other solution other than to wait until morning.

Great little hotel, right in the middle of the city. Lots of nice restaurants and bars around in walking distance. Can also walk to the beach if you want to see the sunset!
