Villa Bugis Seminyak

We recently stayed at Villa Nakula and were not disappointed! Villa was clean and tidy and my kids loved the pool. Breakfast cooked every morning was delicious and nothing was too much trouble when we all wanted something different from the menu. The villa was a couple minute walk to eat street and lots of restaurant options. Room cleaned every day at a time that suited us and nothing was ever too much trouble from the staff. It was my husbands birthday while we were there and I asked our guest assistant Andy if he could source some balloons to decorate the villa, he and the rest of the team went above any beyond to get the villa decorated as a surprise while we were out for the day, had a cake organised and all came in to sing happy birthday! Can't wait to stay with Villa Bugis on our next trip!

I'll let the pictures tell the story. This is how it looked on checkin UNKEPT, BLACK MOULD, FILTH AND IT STANK ! My family had the whole place, every room reeked of mould and was grubby. A HEALTH HAZARD ! Could not wait to leave ! Greeted by staff barefoot & in filthy clothes. Would give a Zero if I could !

Just wanted to send my thanks to the team at Villa Alore Seminyak. We had a fantastic time last week, everything from the location / facilities / breakfast / cleaning to the transport was 1st class and exceeded our expectations. A short walk to the left gets you to Seminyak beach and a short walk to the right gets you to Bintang Supermarket and the main shopping *****. My husband and myself stayed in Villa Arjuna for a week and absolutely loved it. The villa and garden were gorgeous - like an oasis. In a great location, very close to Kayu Aya. The villa was cleaned efficiently and well, the breakfasts were fantastic, and mosquito coils were lit (didn’t actually see any mossies). And all the staff were simply fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely lovely staff. This was our second stay with Villa Bugis and won’t be our last. We had a great holiday - thank you to all.

We stayed at Villa Alam for 5 nights in July 2024. The accommodation itself was perfect for two families holidaying with kids; breakfast was cooked and provided daily and is not too far away from many nice restaurants in the area. The beach was about 25 min walk away, which was a touch further than ideal for families with children and so would typically require a taxi.

Stayed at VILLA CINTA A few issues which appeared to get resolved when brought to the attention of staff; noisy hotel staff next door after 10pm and construction of villa nearby which had workers working at odd hours, staff not double locking main door after leaving. Pool chlorinated during day- visible and jets/waterfall turned off. Felt sorry for fish without aeration from waterfall on alot of occasions.
