Location is great. easy to find food and close proximity to Potato Head Beach Club. Exclusive and I didnt see other guests other than during breakfast and there were less than 10 groups of couples. The only feedback was to change out those older bathroom towels. Floating breakfast was a delight and unique experience. Food was delicious as well.

The Kayana is an oasis nested in the bustling part of Seminyak.
The environment inside is a whole other world - rustic and traditional, it definitely fits the foreigners expectation and imagination of Balinese culture. Unfortunately, there is a bar playing EDM nearby and in the still of the night, we can faintly hear it. This turns out to be a minus point for what we had hope for - a truly quiet villa. However, the villa folks can hardly be blamed for this - nothing much they can do when your neighbour is like that. Nevertheless, our sleep wasn’t disturbed by the music (if you can call it that). Everything is clean but aged, so it really depends on your level of acceptance. The staffs are marvellous. From front desk to gardening crew, each and every one of them smiling and courteous. Their service and kindness gave The Kayana branding the biggest plus.

Great location - next to W hotel & Potato club.
The Villa is huge with pool but the mosquitos are just too hungry. Even the mosquitos coils can’t get rid of it.

After back from a 3 nights at ubud, I have booked this hotel in seminyak.
The Kayana hotel is calling themselves « the little Ubud in Seminyak” and we can say that they are right.
If you want a quiet stay, come here! The private villas are big and so peaceful with big swimming pool.
I wanted to give them 5 stars for their service but I couldn’t because upon our arrival, we were not greeted by the 2 men staff there, I can say that I was quite disappointed after recieving such 5 stars service at the other hotel in Ubud.
The hotel is very nice located with many restaurants and shops and things to do but the villas might need a little bit of renovation as I found some lock broken and some of the painting fall off at the shower side.
They were kind enough to decorate our villa as I was there for my 10th year anniversary and gift us cake and even souvenir upon our departure.

Excellent Villa Resort. Superb service and helpful and friendly staff. Location is also superb right next to Potato Head Beach Club and Shi Shi Night Club. Lot of restaurants and shopping around. Very comfortable and value for money.

The breakfast is very delicious. There are four types of breakfast to choose from, including American and Indonesian.
Highly recommend ordering their nasi goreng (Indonesian fried rice) for dinner. It’s so delicious.
Jumbo River prawn is also great
The equipment looks a bit old, but overall it is clean and comfortable. The CP value is very high.
