The villas at this hotel are fantastic, very private, quiet and have everything you would need for your stay. Located at the back of Sindhu Market just 50 mtrs to the beach and the new Icon Shopping centre. Included breakfast is cooked to order in you villa and will feed you for the day. Best of all the villas are so quiet(something rare in Bali) we didn't even know the place was booked out. Perfect for couples but not children.

A mature aged couple stayed in villa “ F” for 7 days. This is good accommodation. The living room and kitchen are separate from the bedroom and large bathroom that includes free standing bath. It is an older style but good design. It has access to the beach through the markets. There is a TV in both the living broom and the bathroom but it is limited to local Indonesian channels but has access to Netflix, Prime and YouTube. We did not experience any noise from the street and only one occasion when a band played loudly for 1/2 hour for a special event on the beach. Every house within 5 kilometres would have heard. Would we stay here again? Yes.

We stayed 8 nights in Villa F. It was a great mix of shade and sun so the private pool was lovely. Accomodation is older style (and as others have said - shower pressure and water quality is terrible) but it had everything we needed and lovely staff. You do have to walk through the market to get to the beach and as others have said you get a bit of hassle and occasional rudeness - ignoring them or saying no thanks once seems to do the trick. It does feel dark and sketchy at night in that market so if I was a female travelling alone I would enter through the front after dark. We would return!

if I went back to this villa I wouldn't include bfast. They come to your villa and make breakfast in villa which means you need to book a time the day before. when I'm on holidays I don t want to set my alarm. Rainhead shower only dribbled water out. Had to use hand held nozzle. couldn't open living area doors to pool area at night because of mozzie. Limited area around pool. to access pool steps you needed to open bedroom sliding doors than it was only a foot to pool. they kept overdosing the pool with chlorine. Turned all my silver jewellery black and destroyed a pair of undies we struggled talking to receptionist as their English was not real good. no bottle opener in kitchen couch in living area very uncomfortable. I know this was out of their control but dogs from next door villas barking all the time making sleeping hard. you needed to cut thru markets to get to beach so you were hassled each way by store holders that would yell at you Bed was on a frame so each time me or my partner moved it would disturb other person

The villa was huge and provided exceptional value. The pool temperature was just right, and the WiFi worked very well. Through the back entrance, you can enter the seaside clothing and souvenir market directly, and it takes only about 2 minutes to walk to the beach and the seaside restaurants and cafes. One service that surprised me was that they made breakfast in the villa, using the villa kitchenette! Wow, talk about personalised service! One little detail I would like to ask for is indoor slippers. But that is a minor point. All in all, an excellent stay.
