When I checked in, I asked for water and got 2 small 220 ml bottles. I saw that there was a water dispenser, so when these bottles were empty, I started to use it. A staff member saw me use it but didn't say anything. Only about a day later did I see that there were particles of something in the water. I hope I don't get sick from drinking that water. There was a hole in the bathroom wall. The sink was not clean. There was hair around it, I assume from a previous guest that shaved there. There were ants in my room.

Stayed here multiple times now because it’s cheap and in a good location and has a nice pool However, Our room had no toilet paper, no bin in the bathroom, no soap to wash our hands and we’ve had to ask for towels each time we’ve stayed as they have them but don’t put them in the rooms

I highly recommend the Warsa ,room is big and comfortable,food was delicious,swimming pool and garden were perfect,location in the middle of Ubud where you can walk to everywhere.

Had a nice stay here and ended up extending. The service was good and the pool was clean. Good location however a lot of monkeys during the night.

The listing stated that it had a safe, hotwater, bathrobes, towels, toliettries and a number of other items. None were available. We had to ask for towels and toilettries. Bathroom was in a poor state. Bet to stay somewhere else

The location of the hotel was perfect as it's in the city center which is very accessible to nearby restaurants and store. Nearest attraction place to visit is the monkey forest which is only a walking distance for about 5 to 10 mins. The room that we had was fine and the staff were friendly and approachable. They offer tours services as well but we only knew it when were about to leave Kuta. The price was reasonable as well for travellers.

There was nobody when I come. Only drunk staff of tattoo salon who told me that I couldn’t check in. Was waiting about 20 minutes to resolve this problem. In the morning there was cute girl on reception and she made amazing pancakes)

Generally ok. Service 'on demand': if your need toilet paper - ask for it, hot water - ask for it, towels - ask. Breakfast and pool are good.

It's good for its price! The swimming pool is good for relaxation.

A bit old premises but service was good and nice location

The Hotel was ill-equipped. The Hotel was very old and not maintained. The online pictures of the Hotel posted on Trip.com were deceiving and created a false perception of the Hotel. There was no staff at the reception most of the times. The Hotel seemed abandoned. The rarely available people at the Hotel was seriously deficient in communicating in English language and were not very cooperative. The room was also very average. I would not suggest this Hotel to anyone.

The location is great everything out the building very close and asccesable. the staff where very nice and attentive. I will suggest take your own towels they have horrible smell. The owner was a bit rude when triying to book for more nights didn't honor the price offered when ask. There is not ameties offer not even a bottle of water. But the rooms are big and have a/c Wich is a plus. In general it was ok. But the staff hardly speaks English Wich it makes it a bit difficult when trying to communicating
