First of all, the large pool in the open garden is deep and wide, great for swimming. Even though there are many trees, it was nice that there were no bugs at all. Although it is a bit far from the city, there are many restaurants nearby, the coffee is delicious, and the nail salon is good. The air conditioner is not cool, so I had to change rooms. However, it was okay because both the host and staff worked hard to clean the room and always showed a friendly attitude. I was only planning to stay for one day, but I liked this house so I extended it for two more days and stayed there for three days. Next time, I want to come to stay for a month.

Good points → This is a wonderful accommodation with very friendly and smiling staff. The room was clean and tidy. Thanks to this, I had a comfortable stay for one night. Thank you 😊 Points that should be improved → The tap in the room I stayed in only had a small amount of water and weak water pressure. Also, there was no hot water in the shower. Because of this, my friend ended up taking a cold shower. After that, I asked the staff to fix it, and hot water started to come out after more than 30 minutes. This is a wonderful place to stay, so if the facilities were managed better, I think it would be a place I would want to stay for a long time.

near walking street near the restaurant There is no parking space, you have to park outside. Follow the pins that are hard to find..the quality is suitable for the price There is also a small swimming pool.

This hotel ticked the boxes for hubby and I. Clean, comfortable, short walk to everything and lovely pool. Like a homestay (I think), with some Balinese families up the front and VERY quiet at the back. A beautiful traditional feel to the whole property. A short walk to eats, shopping etc. Staff were very helpful. My hubby enjoyed breakfast delivered to our room too.

The staff was very friendly, communicative and helpful. The breakfast had no huge variety but tasted delicious and the staff brought it even to our balcony. The hotel has a very central location but it was very calm instead of busy and loud. It was possible to go everywhere by feet and had nice food spots nearby. The atmosphere was very familiar and they took so much time for us.

i stayed at Yuliati house ten years ago.this year, when i had my ubud trip in .june,i stayed here again.and it is the last place i stayed.i stayed for two nights only. the room i stayed just beside the pool.it is very nice.it has a bathtub and a fridge,i love its pool, big enough to soak into it.breakfast is delicious,i tried veggies omelette and banana pancake during the stay, all come with fruit platter and coffee or tea. there is a talking bird at the entrance of the homestay, very interesting.staffs here helpful, but they are busy,so must be patience when check in or check out.i am happy to come back again, and will stay at the same room again if i have chance.

I went to this place for 4 nights during my trip in Bali. I believe this accommodation is managed by a family. Their little girl is adorable. This place is located only a few steps away from Ubud city center. They offer motorbike rental and other excursions. The room was clean and in a good condition. There's a nice pool where you can swim. The place is lovely and has some elements of Balinese architecture and it also have its own temple. Overall this house has an excellent value. The price is very good for a few nights If you want to stay in the town of Ubud this is the perfect place.

Yuliati house is one of the places that has suffered from the Covid years. When you look at the photos and read what was said some years ago, you're flabbergasted. Yuliati is dirty, poorly maintained. No hot water, furniture and bathroom needs a serious improvement, electricity and plumbing need fixing. They just want your money. The best is the smile of the hosts (you're in Bali) and the location, but honestly there are plenty of better choices in Ubud and it won't cost you more to go somewhere else, and at least you will feel safe.
