FUYEZ CET HÔTEL! L’hôtel est fréquenté par des demoiselles de charme, qui traînent en pyjamas de soie, la climatisation n’a jamais fonctionné correctement, sans parler de l’hygiène! Nous avions réservés 26 nuits, à mon arrivée, des cheveux des poils des mouches se trouvez dans les placards et réfrigérateur. Cela a été « nettoyer » après 3 demandes, les infiltrations d’eaux sont multiples, le linge de bain est taché, gris et ne sent pas bon, le linge de lit également les couloirs sont remplies de déchets, qui attirent les insectes. En ce qui concerne la piscine, après un bain, mon neveux qui était venu me rendre visite à eu des vomissements et une otite le lendemain. au bout de 8 jours avons décidé de partir en expliquant tout à la réception qui nous a dit que pour les demoiselles ils étaient impuissant, parce qu’ils ne pouvaient pas vérifier ce qu’il se passait dans les chambres. Sans d’autres explications, débrouillez vous avec agoda nous ne pouvons pas vous rembourser, aucune propositions d’aide à ce jour ils refusent de me rembourser et ils disent à Agoda qu’ils ont proposait une autre chambre alors que c’est faux!
