Our booking was cancelled due to the volcanic eruption and us being stuck at Labuan Bajo longer, so we didn't end up staying here so I cannot write a review about the rooms however I have plenty to stay on their customer service, it's plenty bad and I'm kind of glad we didn't end up staying with them. Firstly they refused to amend the date of our stay as we were stuck at another island due to a volcanic eruption. No refund, no empathy, or tried to work around it with us.
Secondly, a friend of mine sent a parcel to this hotel for me to collect during our stay supposedly, however since we didn't end up staying there, we needed the parcel to be sent to the hotel I ended up staying in. They initially confirmed the parcel is still on reception but when we sent a driver to pick it up, the receptionist told the driver that the parcel is no longer there. So the driver was turned away and we still had to pay for the fees.
Thirdly, I ended up going there myself with a grab car. The car literally just dropped us off at the gate and left straight away, however we were charged a parking fee which was bull crap as he didn't park at all. He literally just stopped for 5 seconds until we got out of the car and left.
This whole experience has made a sour taste about this hotel. I will never set foot in this hotel or recommend it to anyone.
