Absolutely atrocious! This hotel does not deserve 4 stars at all. First impression of the hotel was alright. Entrance wasn't the best. Going through the corridors I thought we were in some sort of horror documentary. When we got to our room the handlebar has coming loose, which didn't help with the safety factor. When we got inside, the room was not well lit and was not well maintained. Tiles were breaking and there were "chemical stains" on the walls as mentioned by a card on the wall stuck by the staff team. Sofa was worn out.
Next day we went to try the breakfast, which we hoped to be anything better. Turns out we had to see if our taste buds were broken or not. Everything was bland, except for the egg station, which served the only food with taste.
Only upside to this hotel was the staff, who were ever so friendly and helpful.

The Harris Hotel is a perfect traveller's accommodation choice.
The free airport shuttle bus pick-up and drop-off is a perfect way to get to and from the hotel.
Breakfasts are great, and staff attentiveness is excellent.
A top location for the amenities of Kuta.

Loved our stay at the Harris hotel. The room was basic but comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast was great and the staff were polite, friendly and very accommodating.
Sitting by the pool was relaxing and the water was beautiful.

I had to wait about 8 hours at the stopover to go to the cost-effective accommodation, but hygiene is worse than just the local accommodation!
Unknown liquids were poured out, and various dusts and snacks were visible on the desk. The towel smelled and the pillow had hair. The air conditioner was smelling of mold. It was the worst accommodation that didn't fit in cost-effectiveness. I ordered grab delivery, but there was no alarm that the delivery came to the room, and they didn't bring it. Do you want me to help you with a loud smile, saying that your luggage looks heavy when we go in? I laughed at him as he spoke. Never go.

I think this is the best hotel to stay. Near the airport and there’s shuttle service and the most important is the hotel is super clean. Not only the room but they are really detailed with the cleanliness around the property. There’s not even dried leaf lying on the ground:)
The toilet is superb, after staying in other hotel I feels so much different when staying in Harris hotel. There’s No stains on toilet floors and everything is so white and bright. There’s also water in every corner of the lobby for the guest. And cute balcony that’s really I like about it. The staff are all friendly and helpful and they’re wearing cool outfits. All of them are very professional and seldom I see them busy on their phones. Really really nice experience to stay in Bali and I will always choose Harris hotel whenever possible. Thanks Harris, miss Bali already :)
