What a surprise the beautiful pool is! I had the most amazing view from my room. The hugest king sized bed and 2 showers! The monkeys came to visit in the morning at the pool area. For the price this is amazing. Right in the centre of Ubud. The owner is so kind too.

In a small alley off the main street of Ubud, you'll find a haven of peace in the forest. I swam for hours, alone, under the moon, in a magnificent swimming pool immersed in greenery. I slept fantastically in an XL bed lulled by the sounds of the jungle. I was jubilant when I saw the monkeys discreetly passing along the water in the morning (they were absolutly not aggressive, unlike in Uluwatu). I felt home straight away, and it was with a heavy heart that I left Raka Rai. I liked everything. Posh people could disagree..I fell bad for them. If you're hoping for a dubai style standard, please go to dubai.
