We stayed for approx 7 hours in between flights. Staff are lovely but I wouldn’t recommend it for families. No handsoap in the hand-sink, towels tired and need replacing. The aircon is right about the bed so not the healthiest. Pros is that it was a spacious room and close to the airport. Definitely aimed at backpackers

BAD SERVICE FOR EXAMPLE, WE ASKED FOR OUR GLASS TO BE EXCHANGED FOR A NEW GLASSES BUT AT CHECK OUT WE WERE CHARGED FOR A TEASPOON, EVEN THOUGH WHEN GIVING THE GLASSES WE WERE NOT GIVEN A TEASPOON, IN THE END WE WERE TOLD TO REPLACE IT FOR IDR 10,000. THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM OF THE MONEY BUT WHAT WE ARE ISSUE IS THAT WE DID NOT GIVE IT AWAY AND WE WERE NOT GIVEN THE TEASPOONS BUT WE REPLACED IT.

When we came here other guests were greeted with juice, we weren’t and we don’t know why. When we came to the room the room was disgusting. First the stains on the bed on the pillow, then the stains on the towels, it looked like it wasn’t cleaned (the towels were very old and disgusting). The pool was very dirty and the sun beds also we needed to clean them with wet wipes. At the end I left staines on the towel from my hair and i needed to pay 8€ for cleaning. I mean i understand but the towels already had stains. Bad experience all and all.

Due to my travel to Gili i planned to drop my bag at the hotel for which they charged me a 500k rp refundable deposit. But post taking my bag back i found some abnormility with the lock system as it was very free as someone tried to open it by randomly sliding the codes and didnt open with the actual code... How come such a big difference in the way lock used to open as i can make out the difference by comoaring the lock of same bag in smaller size..and also next day we went for a short walk and to our surprised the house keeping opened the door from their master key as cleaning the room without our permission as all valauble things were scattered around the room.. It was really very scary. How come they can do that.... Please be very careful as i was lil worried...

We booked a one night stay. The hotel was hard to find. Its was in a dark one way alleyway . The room was terrible. As we walked in it had a very bad smell. The bath room was very dirty and mouldy. It was also very smelly and leaking toilets. The furniture all run down. The worst bit was the bed OMG. It had stain all over it . Including 3 drop's of blood stain. The quilt covers old with hole in it and also stained. Pillowcase was just as bad. WARING DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. we end up checking out that night. Yuck we didn't stay. Stayed in many bali hotel this has to the worst.

I really don't like leaving bad reviews but I am this time as constructive criticism for hotel improvement and to make other potential guests aware. We stayed here for several hours as we had a late flight. We chose this hotel because of its close location to the airport and its 8.0 / 10 reviews. The staff are welcoming , friendly and accommodating no criticism there. The room we had was terrible. It had a really bad smell that wouldn't disappear even when leaving our door open. We stayed outside our room for a while to avoid the smell. The toilet and bathroom area had a lot mold and the bath tub and shower floor was dirty. There was also no hand soap. The couch was dirty as was the cushions, bar fridge, curtains and air conditioner filter. The pillow cases on bed had holes in them and the entire room was damaged and had stains from the walls, bed frame, draws, bathroom ect. I hope management take this feedback on board and start to look after their rooms because we honestly were disgusted.

This is a fairly good and quite convenient hotel near the international airport (DPS). I stayed here 3 times during June-July 2023, always as part of ongoing travel to/from the airport. The staff is friendly and service oriented. The hotel has a strange policy wrt. breakfast, it may or may not be included in the charge for the room, if it is not it can be paid separately (75.000). It is a little bit like a lottery, but rooms without are generally less expensive by about the same amount. The hotel should be recommended to change this and always include breakfast, or make it a clear choice for every room offered. They advertise a shuttle service to/from the airport, but this is not always available and it is more expensive than a taxi. You can easily get a taxi to the hotel from the airport for 100.000, the return being about 50.000. Overall, this is a pleasant place that can be recommended.

ホテルのフロントにホテル周辺の地図が置いていないので土地勘のないゲストが狭い交通量の多い危険なでこぼこ道を散策するのは非常に注意を要する。 ホテルメインレストランの朝食ビュッフェは簡素で物足りない。ホテルにマネージャーとかコンシェルジュが存在していないのでゲストの要望や意見を親身になって聞いてくれるホスピタリティが皆無。 バスタブの底の栓の不具合が再三。再四続き、バスタブにお湯がためられず、シャワーだけで過ごした日々が多かったので旅の疲れが完全にとりきれなかった。 ホテルメインレストランのメニュー表の料理の料金が書かれている部分が破れていて非常に見づらいが、そのメニュー表をゲストに出し続けている。 客室を掃除するクリーニングスタッフの中でゲストに対して全く挨拶をしないホテルマンとしての自覚に欠ける人間がいるのは驚いた。 クリスチャンという名前の男性フロントスタッフだけは、頭がものすごくきれて、おもてなし、ホスピタリティ抜群、とても親切で仕事ができる。彼には滞在中何度も大変お世話になったので感謝している。
