It was a terrible experience. I have been traveling around Southeast Asia for over a year and have never seen anything like this. I paid in advance for 2 nights at a hotel in the Kuta area. I arrive in the evening at 9, I’ve been flying and wandering all day, tired and with suitcases, but they tell me there are no places. And they may offer to find a hotel and check in there for the night. They found us quite quickly and helped us carry our suitcases, but the room turned out to be very small. This doesn’t suit me, but I have nowhere to go. And I need space to do yoga! I taught something like 1st yoga class. At 12 the next day they agreed that they would pick me up. They took me about an hour. Well, that is, I waited for them for about an hour, went and checked, everyone kept feeding me promises. As a result, they helped transport the suitcases to their hotel. I ask for the keys to the room, but they tell me that it is not ready and that bedding and towels will be available after 6 pm.
I said that I would check in without this. And my cat, I didn’t expect such horror, dirty, shabby beds, scary to go into the bathroom, the smell. There is nothing except bottles of water in the room. I had to ask for soap. The inside of the refrigerator is dirty and moldy. The number is dead. In the evening they brought towels, but they looked like they had already been used for washing the floors. I didn't use it. Everything is visible in the photo.
There is also no desire to get into the pool; it looks old and suspicious. There is some kind of garbage dump around both the reception and the lobby.
On the plus side.
The location is good, the hotel is in the center of Kuta. There was a delicious breakfast. The staff is slow, in response to requests and complaints, saying sorry, they tried to help, but so what if living there is unpleasant and nauseating.
