The stay didn't start off well as they tried to put me in a twin room when I had booked a double room. They tried to tell me the double rooms were already fully booked. After asking for a refund, they "miraculously" found a double room for me. The room was nice enough but the cleanliness could be really improved. The sheets had some small stains, and a cupboard door was broken and really stained. I also woke up to see some sort of sandy material on the headboard of the bed. Only toilet paper and two bars of soap were provided.
The air con, fan, and wifi all worked well. The pool looked nice, although I didn't use it. The central location is the best thing about this place.

"This is the third time staying at Palm Garden Kuta Hotel. Whenever I fly to bali E, I choose this hotel because it is very near to the airport and the price of the room is cheap. It is like living in a shared dormitory. The room has a basic and minimal setup, which I am fine with. The cleanliness is also maintained well here.
I usually book a deluxe room, which is right next to the swimming pool. The swimming pool is very big. I usually like to swim in the morning and then go out to the coffee shop. There are two to three famous coffee shops just outside the hotel. I can also go to the shopping mall, which is very nearby."

The location was good, it was cheap, and everything was good.
It wasn't bad enough to extend for two days.
Until I found out there were damn bed bugs..
You don't know right away because there's an incubation period for bed bug bites.
I think I got bitten in about ten points.
They're still coming back after the incubation period.

The hotel is located close to all the shops and markets in Kuta. The beach is not far away. The pool was clean and swimming was nice. The staff is friendly
