The location was a bit far from the city, but the shuttle made it convenient, and the peaceful surroundings were perfect for a quiet escape. The view from the room was stunning, and the breakfast, pool, and service were excellent. The attentive concierge on our first night made it the best stay of my 8 day Bali trip. I will always always make this my first choice for my next Bali trip

The location is good. From the hotel, it doesn’t take long to go to Ubud Center and nearby tourist attractions. Service is great and the breakfast is decent.

I like the customer service provided by the restaurant staff. Food is good at the restaurant although a bit expensive.
The hotel is out of town and a good place to relax as it is quiet and cosy. Glad that the hotel provided transport service to the town .

It was very nice and calm place in Ubud. The location was little far from the main street but it was ok cause there was free shuttle in hotel. Staffs in garcia were really nice and served us with passion while stying at hotel :)

Nice and cozy. I wouldn’t stay here too long, but it’s quite decent for a few nights. I also feel that there are better alternatives for that price.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Garcia Ubud Hotel & Resort in Bali, and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality from the staff, who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and memorable.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of luxury and traditional Balinese charm. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay.
The food at the resort was simply outstanding. Each meal was a culinary delight, with a wide variety of delicious options that showcased the best of Balinese and international cuisine. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, offering everything from fresh fruits and pastries to local specialties.
One of the many conveniences of staying at The Garcia Ubud is their complimentary shuttle service to Ubud Central. It made exploring the area so much easier and allowed me to enjoy all that Ubud has to offer without any hassle.
What truly sets The Garcia Ubud apart, though, is the staff. They were consistently attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any request. Their genuine warmth and dedication to ensuring guests have a great experience made my stay even more special.

Wonderful and friendly staff from the moment we stepped onto the hotel, to the restaurant, and the reception area. The hotel is beautiful and tidy, and surrounded by lush green and paddy fields It is quiet and serene. Perfect for a nice little getaway and to recharge. Totally recommend it.

The service was excellent, very helpful and professional. They even assisted us with our travel plans after our stay at the hotel. The food is also great!
