Located right in the middle of everything in Seminyak, quite basic, but very let down by poor customer service and frustrating interactions. Poor English and not understanding fairly simple requests, which is normally would not a big deal, but then, whilst being exceptionally polite, not interested in helping solve problems at all. “You would like an adapter for socket?” Yes, please! “We don’t have any”. Having to work hard with reception to get to fairly simple answers that should be part of basic awareness of hotel reception I.e how much does taxi to airport cost. “ I am not sure” …. “It depends - usually 5 -7k rupees per kilometre” … “ may be 250-350 k” Breakfast taking an hour to be made in an empty restaurant. No handover between members of staff, next staff member will not be aware of any arrangements made earlier. Asked reception to call a taxi for certain time to travel to airport, was assured it was requested, checked for understanding several times, just in case, come down at 8am - no taxi and no one is able to check if actually been done, requesting a new taxi with inevitable wait.
