The environment is great. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The boss thought the restaurant was a bit far and drove us there. We arrived within two minutes of getting in the car. The guy at the front desk also helped us contact the guide by phone and introduced a lot of things. , recommended

This place and people are amazing. This hotel has developed country standard cleaned bathrooms. We were 14 days on Bali and 6 days on Nusa Penida. This was the best place we could imagine. The price is completly justified. The service is so nice and accommodating. On our last day we went to a trip but stayed for money reasons at an another place, but asked the owner if we can just use the pool (which is pretty clean and cool) a last time before our flight. The owner just responded: "Of course you can use the pool, because this is your home. Feel free to enjoy it." And even after 3 weeks I remember the situation. Please stay like this. You deserve everything good in this world. Have a nice life. A million thanks for your kindness!!

This hotel was an amazing stay with such friendly staff, who made us feel welcome from the moment we got to the property. It was such an tranquil experience staying at Sentulan as there was such a calming and relaxing vibe. There was only one local restaurant by the hotel, but we found it was a good escape from the tourists of Nusa Penida island. The breakfast every morning was a nice touch too. Overall an amazing stay and experience.

+ hotel room is clean + whole complex is beautifully green + Staff very helpful (we were able to rent a motorbike on site for 70K/day & move in directly) + Shower towels smelled fantastic! + Breakfast very small but good + Wayan helped us organise the ferry to Gili Trawangan. Points for improvement: - WLAN was free of charge / worked partly well, but partly not at all - no soap for washing hands (we took shower gel from the shower for simplicity's sake) - I personally missed a small terry cloth to dry my hair. - a few fruits or a fruit juice would make the breakfast even better - Broken deck chair cushions lying around, which doesn't leave a great impression and could easily be cleared away. - Stay was good so far until we were dropped off at the port on the last day: the hotel owner suddenly wanted 600K for the two transfers to and from the port (which is a lot of money for the local conditions! As a comparison: 1 night per person in the hotel cost 215K). We were used to the fact that when we asked the hotel in the process for a transfer, they told us if it was possible and at what price or if no price was mentioned, that this was an inclusive service from the hotel. We simply felt a bit ripped off. Mind you, we are very willing to pay for a transfer, but then the price should be fairly communicated in the process!
