Let me talk about the only bright spot first: the room is relatively large, the view is good, and the floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides provide good lighting. But the hygiene is really hard to explain. The sheets can only be changed once every three days. It is said to be environmentally friendly. If it is clean, forget it. The pillows smell of human oil and the sheets have various stains. It is okay to stay for one night. However, we put the sign as required. On the pillow, the bedding was still not changed the next day. A hotel with more than 1,000 yuan per night is of this standard. After staying here, the hotel in Bali with more than 1,000 yuan is really not as good as Atour in China. There is no WIFI signal in the room. This is known as a gathering place for digital nomads. How can you travel if there is no Internet? There is no WIFI signal in the room, and the WIFI signal in the hotel lobby is intermittent. Service: That is to say, we have already walked down the steps of the lobby with our large and small bags, and the staff is still watching you motionless. When checking in, a staff member next to you was still staring at you. Why have you never seen a Chinese person? What does it mean? It's so unreasonable and speechless. The location is far away from the main city of Ubud. You have to take a taxi everywhere. You know the traffic in Bali. We rented motorcycles for a few days, so the location is not important. Breakfast only consists of simple white rice and Indonesian must-have fried rice and fried noodles. Even if you order an Omlet, you have to ask for your room number. Maybe eggs are already considered a delicacy there.

It is a bit confusing but there are 2 locations with the name Green Field in Ubud . But having arrived at this one - we could not be more satisfied, Located of the main ( and very busy) road to Ubud centre . Build in an open resort style which it is quiet and secluded. The rooms with view of the rice fields are spacious and clean. Small issues such as a leaky faucet and missing laundry items were easily fixed - with an apology ( no need) and a smile . Because of the distance to the city centre we choose to dine in and were pleasantly suprised by the level of quality of the food and the service of the staff,

Stayed for the second year in a row. Greenfields team are polite friendly and always helpful. The hotel helps ensure you get yo where you need to be and that you are having a good time. Pool, food and drinks were brilliant. Value for money is hard to beat!

A disappointing experience at this hotel after having stayed in so many beautiful hotels around Bali. We were travelling with our 20 year old daughter and thought we were upgrading our reservation to two adjoining rooms but instead ended up with two non-connected rooms, (Bale Sukat rooms) both overlooking one of the swimming pools from the bedroom and bathrooms - with virtually no privacy, unless the curtains were closed. The hotel is oversold on the web - the photographs of the rooms and views are deceptive. Our room had no view of the rice fields - but our terrace did look out over fields and the Monkey Forest car park. The bathroom had a bath with a plug that didn't fit and only a hand held shower. The breakfast offered a standard selection of western and Indonesian food. The very best thing about this hotel is the shuttle service that takes guests into the centre of Ubud and picks up from there. This is not a hotel I would chose to stay in again in Ubud.

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights when on our honeymoon in June. Everything about this place was amazing. The staff were friendly and could not be more helpful. All the facilities, including the pool were great and it was so peaceful being surrounded by the rice fields. We arrived quite late on the first night so chose to eat at the hotel and the food was brilliant. We actually then ended up eating there again as the food was so good. Due to it being out honeymoon they made us a cake which was a lovely touch and upgraded our room to a suite, which they had decorated. Wow, the room was amazing. It was spacious, comfortable and clean, with a balcony with a view of the rice fields. It’s also a good location and they have a shuttle bus until late going to and from Ubud which was great.

I would really recommend this resort. The service is outstanding. We entered after midnight with a very gently reception and amazing decoration of the bed. . The rooms were very clean, all kinds of bathroom basis products and more such toothbrush, toothepaste, shavingproducts. Overdelivering. Such as fruits on table, snacks, ... . We had a private swimming pool in the room The three angels. With an nice view to tje ricefields . Extraordinary. Nice food andbreakfast. Also easy that you can choose in to eat in the hotel after a busy day. Thank you to all the staff.

The hotel is very good, has serene environment and good taste in general. However it smells old and moldy. It has an awesome looking clawfoot bathtub however only the cold water works. All of this is sort of acceptable im comparisons to all the serene environments. The staff is also friendly. But for me the deal breaker is their dishonesty about the laundry bag. They didn’t say anything about the need to bring your own bag for your dirty laundry nor providing a disposable laundry bag like other hotels. When we checked out they said we had to pay Rp50,000 to use the laundry bag or returning it to them. ***??? I hate dishonesty and feeling cheated, I will not go back to this resort.

The whole vibe at the hotel was calm and relaxed, yet excellent and fast service. Food was very good, free mineral water. Big pool with unlimited towels. Within walking distance of Monkey forest and restaurants and shops. Very well located. Also have their own transport. Rooms was clean, neat and beautiful. Cleaned every day. Ketel, fridge available. Staff very friendly and helpfull. We loved our stay here, we would definitely come again. Thank you very much for making our stay in Ubud memorable.

We are at the hotel right now and I have to leave my opinion. Wi fi is too weak, it doesnt work well, wait minites so you can download one picture! Year is 2023 and it’s a shame the internet doesnt work properly. The water from the Shower doesnt have any pressure, it takes a long time to take a shower, it is a trickle of water. We complained, they were supposed ti come back today and fix it but they didnt. I wont come back!

Let me start with the positives. As in pretty much everywhere in Bali, the staff are courteous and greet you with warm welcoming smile. From the cleaners to the executive chef, it's obvious they take great pride in delivering the best experience they can for their guests. This hotel also offers lovely views onto lush rice terraces, which is a quintessential Ubud experience. Now onto the areas of improvement. If you ask me (and this is one person's opinion) the design of the rooms are in desperate need of an update. The overall style is a bit old fashioned for my liking, and there's a lingering sense that the whole place has seen better days. The furniture felt rather dated and worn out. The wifi was very weak in my room. The bathroom has calcium build up everywhere, and the water from the shower had a funky smell. And the room safe would not open after I programmed it (even though it's digital I had to use a key to open it). All these factors added up to a very mediocre stay at best. There are MANY beautiful resorts in and around Ubud that are comparable in price to Green Field. For my two cents, I think it's better to look elsewhere.

Arrived at the newish Green field resort not the hotel. Room was amazing, pool looked so beautiful. Afternoon tea was lovely. Well that's where it ended. Room was beautiful but air con not great considering I requested a very cold room. Breakfast was menu style choose what you want out of a few choices. I asked if I could have plain toast, which I did but it arrived hardly cooked & served with tomato sauce & sambal. I asked for jam, they don't have. We also asked if we could move to another room but they apparently didn't have any. I have just had back surgery & the stairs are horrific. The POOL was full of algae very unsanitary & unsafe. Algae was floating around as you swam, the steps in & out of pool were so slippery. Icing on the cake for us. I rang Green Field Hotel & they were very helpful. Stayed there the rest of our Ubud stay. Will review Hotel separate. I understand they have been through alot & being closed for so long but for the price you pay for these hotels it has to be safe.

Great resort in Ubud. The staff are simply fantastic. The included services are excellent such as the floating breakfast and the shuttle that takes you to Ubud. Breakfast is also exceptional with a wide choice, even gluten-free on request
