I really liked the staff of this hotel, they will always help. The hotel is in such a quiet place, delicious breakfasts corresponding to the hotel, chickens, hens and roosters are walking around. There is a swimming pool, everything is within walking distance. You need to be in touch with the hotel staff so that they come for you on a bike since the car does not go there. I took a scooter and I was scared to climb up on the way to the hotel and go down too, I asked the employee and I was delivered to the roadway without any problems. But staying at this hotel for a couple of days is worth it 😌

It's in a location where taxis can't go.

The wifi was disconnected frequently, and the electricity went out for several hours a night.

I wanted to stay somewhere peaceful and a little special. So I chose this masia villa.But if you want to stay close to ubud center and use car to arrive there, it wouldn't be a good choice. Because it take me 30mins by walking from ubud center and 10mins by only motor cycles. And the phone number on home page to contact to villa was wrong so it made me spend so much time and tired. Air conditon was working well and nasigoreng was not bad. But bathtub was so dirty. And there were nice and angry staffs, especially the young woman was so angry and rude attitude. I don't know what made her so angry. It has good and bad things. If you guys were so young and need lots of time to stay only villa and around, it could be recommandable. We were 3 include 1 senior, it wasn't so good experience of using motor cycle of the villa. And villa can ride you to one specific place where was very stinky by so many trash. It was so unconvinent bc it was kind of far from ubud center for me. And they only can ride 2people at once, so if you are 3, you need to wait staffs to return until pick lest one person up at the stinky place. Think about all those things. 특수한 몇몇의 여행자에겐 적합할수도 있는 호텔로, 우붓센터에서 생각보다 멀어 지쳤을 때는 걸어가기 더운 날씨에서 너무 힘들었던 곳.

The location of these villas is fantastic. Only minutes from Central Ubud but surrounded by beautiful rice fields (15 minute downhill walk to the centre). The high-ceilinged rooms were amazing with great air conditioning. Beds and pillows were excellent. Wifi was also great (+25Mbps). The 24/7 moto taxi service to drop guests into town and pick up after was so helpful (this is how you actually arrive there, along with your luggage)! Cars cannot make it up the narrow road to this property. The included breakfast had some simple Indonesian and Western choices but served up in a fantastic setting. The walks through the rice fields that you can start from the villas were some of the best we enjoyed in the Ubud area. Lovely pool area too. We really liked this property and its location - we’d certainly stay there again.

Room good,pool good, TV not,some rooms flooded after rain,place needs a good tidy up, chicken coop terrible needs to be moved away from restaurant,breakfast ordinary, no access for elderly or disabled. Staff fantastic! Update website!

The service , the location , the staff everything is doo good . We stayed in private pool villa . The view from the pool is very good , but he property is not maintained . There was algae in the pool . Paints on the walls were coming out . Only cons : place is not maunted . Please maintain it , it can be so good .

Great location in the rice fields and loved that it was only accessible by scooter or walking which meant it was quiet and peaceful. However the villa was neglected during the pandemic and hasn't been given much love since then. Paint peeling off the walls, curtains were dirty and hanging off their rails, pillows lumpy and sheets stained. Also not sure when the mosquito net was last washed if ever. Its a pity - because the villa itself had everything I needed. The grounds were well maintained, the staff were lovely and the outlook over the rice fields just stunning. A bit of investment could make a huge difference. It also would be nice if they updated the marketing material in the reception area. Some of the flyers are promoting events in 2018! Also if you're thinking of renting the motorbike from them be warned, the breaks were very squeaky. After 2 days I handed it back and got a scooter from town which had much better breaks.

Al llegar, cualquier parecido con las fotos de la página web, son pura casualidad. Manchas en la pared, humedades, suciedad, bichos, una mosquitera cutre con arañas incorporadas, la tv sin funcionar ( cable de la antena cortado)... La gota que colmó el vaso fue abrir la cama y ver que las sábanas estaban llenas de manchas de humedad, manchas marrones de origen desconocido, etc. Al ver esto, fuimos a recepción para comunicarlo y solicitar amablemente que nos las cambiaran. El personal del alojamiento no hizo ni un amago de disculpa, sino que fuueron a cambiarlas entre risas y cara de " me estais molestando ". Tras comprobar las sábanas de nuevo, vimos que éstas también estaban sucias además del nórdico. Nuevamente avisamos a recepción. Otra vez, ni una disculpa ni una actitud de hacer lo posible por mejorar la situación, es más, nos dijeron que las cambiarían el día siguiente. Les indiqué que las tenía que cambiar en ese momento. Accedieron, pero con la misma actitud burlesca que antes. Ni hay que decir que las sábanas estaban sucias de nuevo. Finalmente solicitamos la cancelación de la reserva para el resto de los días. En resumen, una experiencia horrible, que nos hizo interrumpir nuestras vacaciones para buscar otra alternativa habitacional para el resto de los días. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE ALOJAMIENTO A NADIE; trato pésimo e instalaciones con mal mantenimiento y falta de limpieza.
