Check in was good, room was spacious, beautiful view from the hotel. It is a bit far from Ubud. The main issue is service - some staff needs training (in restaurants). If you make a mistake, you can correct it and not just make a face at your guest. Check in and check out staff is very attentive. Breakfast is ok.

Wonderful experience! Service was immaculate and management had a very good eye to detail. Jodi was great at teaching archery! My friend got diarrhea (from eating the food outside of the hotel) and there was an in house nurse who prescribed medicine on the spot the staff prepared a bouquet of flowers wishing her a speedy recovery.

Exceptional facilites and friendly staff. Infinity pool is incredible with views of the valley. Great program for kids and tons of outdoor activities for adults. Definitely will go again.

We love this place! So unfortunate that we had only 3 days there. 😭 Hope to have another trip to Bali and visit this place again.
The hotel is located in the mountains. You’ll need a couple hours of transfer to get there from the airport. But the weather was incredible, with chill winds and bright sun. Not too many people around (comparing to Kuta or Seminyak). Compared to Singapore (from where we are) it was (literally) a breath of fresh air
They have a garden with animals, and we will miss otters from there. 😭 You can catch a fish from the small lake and give to them. And otters are soooooo cute when you give them food.
There was also a jazz event in one of the evenings. We don’t know how often do they have evenings like that, but it was a pleasant surprise.

Because it is located in the middle of nature, the rooms are spacious and you can see the nature when you open the window. The service and attitude of the staff are excellent. You can eat breakfast on the walking course or by the pool, so it is worth the price.

An excellent complex located at a significant distance from populated areas. The hotel has everything for a relaxing family holiday (from animators with whom children weave baskets and draw, to a spa and golf). A very vast area, including a botanical garden, a small compact zoo (with funny otters and more), a significant area for trekking and walking through the jungle, a shooting range, and a separate area for yoga. A separate place for celebrations and events. 2 restaurants and one bar.
Breakfast is very extensive and varied, accompanied by national music. Some fruits indicate that they were produced (grown) at the hotel.
A beautiful infinity pool with a bar in it and convenient service next to it. Makes great photos.
The service at the hotel is exceptionally friendly. The staff pays maximum attention to guests. Special thanks to the employee of the Dhian Hotel, who was extremely attentive to any questions, and communication with her was at the level of close friends.
The room was large, clean, in a classic style. The only caveat is that the floors squeak a lot.
The hotel leaves an excellent impression. If you plan to relax only in a hotel or go on separate excursions, then this is an excellent choice. If you plan to often travel to Ubud or the surrounding area, then it is important to take into account that Ubud is about 30 minutes by car or motorbike; online taxi ordering services work, but there are not many drivers in the area.
