Very convenient location if you plan to go to Jimbaran, and along the Bukit Peninsula to different beaches and attractions of the peninsula.
The hotel itself is relatively new. Acceptably clean.
Bed linen and towels are in normal condition.
The shower has good water pressure and the temperature is well regulated.
Large comfortable room.
Nearby is a shopping center with restaurants. And in general, there is a lot of everything nearby (a pharmacy, a store where you can buy a SIM card, an exchange office, etc.).
The downside is the lack of normal TV channels, the TV is useless.

This resort is amazing, the staff, the food, and the surrounding garden make me feel at home, very recommended resort, a prime location, just 5 minutes walk to the sidewalk Jimbaran, and 10 minutes ti Jimbaran beach which is along the beach lot of selection seafood cafe, cheers....

The resort is very clean and the garden so beatiful, with top notch service and the staff very attentive. Small resort but the location is very good, 3 minutes to alots of choice restaurants inside sidewalk jimbaran. No insects or mosquito, make our stay felt comfortable and pamper.

Have a lovely experience here at Kubu GWK Resort, the staff is attentive and always willing to help. The room is clean and the location is also good. love to come back for some time and very recommended to any traveler wants to stay in a serene space.

It is my best experience during my holiday in Bali. Kusu GWK Resort is the best place to stay,clean, the staff are friendly. The food was delicious. Very recommended to stay, amazing, can't wait for my next stay at Kubu GWK Resort.

The resort was great with attentive staff and superb services. Love to vome back here sometimes. Breakfast was excellent with alots of choise and also the spa is great. The pool is huge with lovely garden

Great breakfast (I wasn't even hungry enough to have lunch) and the staff was very friendly, she helped me and made a phone call because my cell phone doesn't work in Bali. The room is good, the bed is very comfortable. I recommend the quick response from the beginning of the stay.

The villa we booked (and the adjoining one) are completely dilapidated and dilapidated, don't trust the photos on their page, they must be dated. A smell of humidity is omnipresent in all the rooms of the villa, the hotel tries to mask it using perfume diffusers stuck to the air conditioners. There are traces of rust and humidity everywhere. Hygiene clearly leaves something to be desired, there are marks on the sheets in all the rooms, the bed frame and on the sofa. There are signs of water damage on many of the walls. We had serious doubts about the cleaning that had been done before taking the room. The terrace was very damaged and moved under our feet. We tried to negotiate an amicable cancellation with the staff, but the person who received us did not seem to appreciate it and initially tried to make us believe that we would have to pay the entire reservation when we were supposed to pay only half. When we stood our ground, he slammed his drawer while putting his phone away. This attitude is the extreme opposite of other behaviors that we encountered with other Balinese people.
