The room itself is very shabby. Since I was there 7 years ago not much has changed and just got very old.
At nights it's also very cold.
The carpet was really dirty.
The kettle was all in mould and it was disgusting to use it.
A lamp near the bed couldn't be turned on because there are no power sockets near.

Need a whole renovation to refresh the villa.....the walls, the smells, the linens looks dated.....not worth the price

On the photos the hotel looks super nice. The main building us very modern and beautiful, but villas unfortunately are quite old. My room was a little sad with a very strange paint-shattered wall and a hole above the bed. The mirrors were very old and covered in years. The architecture of villas is beautiful. Location is perfect. But villas are in real need for renovation

Great Villa with beautiful location (Ulun Danu & Handara gate nearby). You get lake view from balcony. Staff is very nice and helpful. Food is also great. They also arranges scooter or cab if needed. Enjoyed staying here.
