I booked the family room at this hotel for $80 per night however I did not stay as the room was EXTREMELY MOULDY beyond description. As soon as I entered this room me and my family could not breathe and as one family member had asthma we told the hotel we were not staying. The room is very dark and consumed with heavy mould. In my opinion this is not safe to stay in and impossible to breathe any form of clean air. The hotel staff were helpful and understanding given the state of the room and allowed us to leave and cancelled the reservation without charge. I’m not sure if this mould issue is recent or just in one room as reviews only reflect one issue with mould. I would urge people considering this hotel to only book if they are will to stay in a room with mould and potentially getting sick from breathing it in. I booked this through Agoda and have alerted them to the mould issue but the room is still available to book. I’m just grateful we arrived in the afternoon giving us time to find other accommodation. This little hotel is close to GWK statue but very out of the way so you would definitely need a bike or transport to get anywhere. The outdoor pool and grounds are lovey and has a little restaurant that was busy. We did not try the food but I’m sure it’s probably great food judging from the number of customers.

The place is just amazing and it relates to everything - the food, the service, the vibe. Moreover the boss is just a brilliant guy and he always cares for his guests. You will just feel at home here. So I have found my happy place and I am happy to share it with you🙏❤️.

have ordered a quattro staggioni pizza through gojek and after almost one hour i have received a pizza which has nothing to do with a quattro staggioni and on the top of that , the pasta was burnt ( black) . I threw it to the bin and i have sent a complain ; the answer was « we have delivered a quattro staggioni which was likely not good… » There are several other italian restaurants in Bukit areas who are doing their job , not stealing money to customers like this, very unacceptable . It was my second bad experience with this restaurant but nevertheless, i have decided to give a second chance, bad decision. Just to be added as another experience, i invited some friends at Casa Asia Bingin last June, another bad selection; we waited for over an hour and at the end, the staff said « sorry we missed your order » , so we decided to leave ; the owner was there and he did not even come to apologize ; if you ask me about Casia Asia restaurants , very simple, just leave it away , nothing else to say i am afraid.
