Hotel service and location are great, easy to do some water activities such as diving or snorkling. Breakfast spread could be better, dinner taste and price is okay.

Very nice resort with natural hot spring. Hot spring is really hot! Good for winter time in Bali. Great stop between Bali and Java, on the way to Mt Ijen.

All of the pools are excellent. There's a private hot spring inside my villa but the public hot spring also worth trying with fantastic view and surrounding. Breakfast at Sunset Restaurant is one of the most peaceful in my life. There's thing to improve (water faucet in my bathroom) but overall it's a wonderful stay

The hotel has warm service, clean environment, excellent location, high cost performance, and is worth recommending. However, they randomly arrange twin rooms, and there are no double rooms, which is not in line with the public's habits.

It was great. Everything was amazing. The quality of the hot springs was amazing. I would like to stay here again. Menjagan is far away, but if you have the chance, please stay here.

I live in Bali. I use this spa every year during the New Year holidays. I'm a repeat customer. It's a very good spa. The grounds are just the right size, so you can go for a walk in the morning and then take a bath in the spa before welcoming the New Year. The food (breakfast) is also just right.

The room is clean, comfortable, quiet for rest, the breakfast is delicious, what's more, the market food, especially the laklak, is super delicious, the dinner is delicious.

Very clean and idyllic settings. Invitation to meditation. Flowered with great taste. Several swimming pools, some with natural hot water. The only problem is the distance from the seafront. You have to take the boat to go to the sea.

I love the hot springs. The hotel's restaurant also has a sea view. It's great.

The hotel facilities and service attitude are average. There is basically no beach. The most basic room type is close to the road, which is very noisy and has poor sound insulation.
