Good location to explore Sanur, not far from the airport. Friendly staff and good price.

The best thing about this place is the location. It’s in the middle of the popular street of Sanur full of cafes, restaurants, spas, etc. it’s also quite near the beach. We stayed in a room at level 2, the water pressure was bad. It took me a long time to have a good shower. Cleanliness, especially in the toilet, can be improved. I could tell the bathroom was not cleaned properly. There were some stains on the bedsheets too. We endured it as we only stayed for a night b4 flying back the next day. However I probably won’t be back again.

Nice place to stay with friendly staff

Great location, nice and central, good service, breakfast is sufficient, staff is helpful and friendly. We stayed there for 11 nights and we liked it! The beach (Karang Beach) is within walking distance!

Nice quiet place with friendly and helpful staff. Some music noise from Nesa Combi at night but really not enough to affect sleep or anything. The breakfast was nice with a good selection of freshly cooked/prepared meals. The rooms alongside the pool or balcony rooms above looked nice and as you would expect in this range but we had one of the rooms above reception and ours was small and cramped with just the one wardrobe. The bathroom lacked any real surfaces to place anything on but the water was always nice and hot and good pressure. We sprayed our room daily for mossies as they accumulated in the stairway outside these rooms. Inside the room the daily cleaning was quite minimal. Bathroom and bedroom had squashed mossies from previous visitors and were not wiped off the whole time we were there. Having dropped something and retrieving it from under the bed (2 singles together that left an uncomfortable gap in the middle) there was an accumulation of bottle wrappers, long hairs, thick dust and general dirt. We would happily stay here but not it these rooms.

We booked a garden Junior Suite. They gave us room no. 303. It was most certainly not a suite. Dark. Dingy. Bare concrete walls. Very claustrophobic. Shocking floor plan. Bathroom so far away from the bedroom. Split level and very dangerous stairs. We were booked for 3 nights we left after 2. Staff were lovely but do not upgrade to a suite as you may get this terrible room.

I stayed here 3 nights and the hotel is fairly good. It took a while for hot water to come in the shower. I had to ask for a kettle for the room. I did not use the pool while there. The wifi worked well and the bed was comfy but I was given twin room instead of double bed. Aircon was powerful and the Belcony was nice. Staff were friendly enough and location is good.

Fantastic location close to beach and all amenities. Beautiful pool, large clean rooms and great breakfast. Wonderful friendly staff and a top notch manager who strives to ensure the requirements of guests is met. Loved my stay and will be back.

Fantastic location. Very clean and breakfast amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Manager is great and nothing to difficult for customers. Would highly recommend Nesa for a true Bali holiday experience

Charming hotel, good location, friendly staff, good value for your money. 2 negative things that the hotel management should adress and invest in * Cleaner mattresses * Balcony drying racks Absolutely recommended hotel.

We have stayed at Nesa before and like the central Sanur location, they have a nice pool and clean rooms, with good AC and a little fridge. The shower took me AGES to work out, one side does hot water and the other cold, like sink taps, except I had never seen that in a shower before, simple once you know how :) It is a budget hotel with no frills but you get what you pay for and it is very reasonably priced. Bedding and towels are now a little worn but clean nonetheless. Unfortunately not one but two neighbouring restaurants now have nightly live bands, they were still going strong gone 11pm when we were so exhausted we fell asleep. If you love live music it's a great place to stay, if you want a restful night, sadly this is not the place for you.

Horrible hotel the photos on the site date of opening it has nothing to do with it anymore The rooms are dilapidated, stained mattresses and sheets, mold, horrible smell… we had to spend 1 night before taking the plane again we are not remained impossible for us to sleep in this place to flee!!!
