I would recommend this hotel if you plan to work from your room, which is what I've been doing for the last 10 days. The room is comfortable and surprisingly well equipped for the price. It has everything I need: a large writing desk; a strong, hot shower; a quick room cleaning service; excellent aircon; and a large TV with Netflix etc. It's about 10 mins walk to the beach. Lots of good cafes within 5 mins walk and easy access to the shopping streets of Jln Camplung and Jln Raya. Some road noise but minimal if you get a room at the back. Great views across to the volcano too, when it's clear.

Super good value for the money! Room was spacious and clean, all staff were smiley and helpful. There are convenience stores 5 second walk from the hotel, spa massage 2 minutes, and a nice local Warung Kecil restaurant 3 mins walk away (I don’t ride moped) - perfect for the rain season. Free drinking water at many dispensers available on the property. Amenities in room were basic but good! The only thing is the construction that’s going on near the hotel but it’s not within their control. Would recommend if you’re looking for a budget option near the Seminyak Beach.

The room is huge and clean!
It has balcony and free flow water (you can refill from the corridor) Breakfast has lots of options.

I'm very satisfied with their service. Especially, When I arrived at the hotel with an injury they helped me as a first aid. I appreciate it. Nevertheless, One small thing they should fix was AC sound. I wish it would be replaced or fixed. See you next time.

The hotel was a real disappointment, furniture and interior are worn out and old.Breakfast did not like at all,quality of food needs improvements,cheap cheese,sausage,not delicious fruits.It is obviously not 4-star hotel.Just close to the beach.
