Our recent stay at Zen Villas in Sanur through *********** was far from pleasant and did not meet our expectations in any way. The villa, particularly Villa C where we stayed, was outdated and had serious hygiene issues, with an abundance of cockroaches present in both the bedroom and the living room. These unhygienic conditions completely disrupted our relaxation experience. Despite repeated reports to the reception about the presence of cockroaches and requests for adequate solutions, we did not receive appropriate help or support. The lack of action and the inadequate response from the staff contributed to our deep disappointment and feeling of neglect as guests. The most disheartening aspect was the lack of support from the reception, simply redirecting us to *********** without offering any form of appropriate solution themselves. We not only felt uncomfortable but also excluded and unwelcome as guests. Despite our desire to leave earlier due to the unacceptable conditions, we were informed that cancellation wouldn't result in any monetary refund. This only intensified our frustration and disappointment regarding the lack of customer orientation and accommodation from Zen Villas. In light of these unpleasant experiences, it's incomprehensible that Zen Villas maintain a high score. We hope our complaint is taken seriously, and appropriate measures are implemented to prevent such inconveniences for other guests in the future.
