The cleaning is bad, I don't know what they clean if at all. On the balcony I found a dead bird that's been there for a while, I asked them to clean it and they didn't, only after second time they did. The service is great. Location is alright, although you need to walk to the main road for about 10 minutes if you don't want to use Taxi. Amenities are good. The room also has a mini bar. The breakfast is rich, you get to pick a lot of tasty food. Also they have evening events, so sometimes it's better to have dinner there and not in a restaurant

I went back to this hotel because of the previous experienced, and decided to pay for the extra for bigger room with the whirlpool.This hotel has awesome breakfast, they make you nice coffee and eggs, and shuttle service was an extra service without fees. But we had a room with lots of issues and luckily they agreed to changed the room with no argument, just have been asking for 3 times, I mean there’s issues with door locks, shower head and the door to the balcony has big gaps that mosquitoes fly in to the room, normally they would just change it, but we were actually waited for the repairs and it could bothering our stay. Whirlpool was old, the first one (room 225 has rusted one with super loud noise). Some old facilities needed to upgrade or replace, otherwise it is a good place to stay. I might be back for the future, but will definitely check everything on the day one to make sure everything works well.

+ve: Good Location - in central Seminyak, same locale with W Bali and Potato Head. Good Service - nice staff, shuttle bus to Seminyak Square. Security guard will check the seats when we alight from Grab cars. -ve: Poor Hygiene - rooms on 1/F (ground) have smell emerging from toilet, possibly due to the gutters and sewers. Tiles, tables, wall and decoration in the room are trapped with stains and dust. Blankets and towels also have stains in less obvious areas. Seem they have never wiped or cleaned after guests checking out. Door to the balcony cannot be closed completely, leaving gap through which insects and mosquitoes come into the room.

I love love love my stay in this hotel. From the moment you walk in ; you get that welcome vibe from the staff and lovely people around you. Each of the staff are very passionate and welcoming and know what they are doing. They love their job man and it's hard to see these days. Everyone is willing to help and make things easy for you. The breakfast, rooms, location, staff, pools, food and spa sauna and leisure activities were an add on for the price we paid:) will surely be coming back with my family. Special thanks to Ashi for taking care of us and ensuring our smooth stay:) you guys have certainly set the standards for hotel stay and services:)

5 star service & facilities in this hotel in the heart of Seminyak. It is in Seminyak but on the quiet side. Our room is massive! Love the glass window as i love sunlight! Room is not just soundproof though as you can hear the sound of passerbys outside the room. Their buffet breakfast is soo good too with your choice of coffee and not just brewed ones and in the rooftop! Its nice to eat in there with a good view of sea and the city. They setup our room as its my birthday on coming day and left me a cake on our checkin date. And on the day of my birthday, while we're having our breakfast they also sent me a cake with their staffs singing! I was surprised & grateful! Love how friendly their staffs were, all of them! As for other facilities, the Pool is small but its in the rooftop so still good too. Hotel lobby is massive as well. Overall loved our stay and would definitely recommend and would come back here! Breakfast with wide variety of choice and perfect view, also free buggy transport to seminyak square.

Location was abit deep in around 200m from Main Street but the hotel does provide shuttle service to nearby beach or seminyak square from 9am-9pm which is very convenient to utilise. Only tried the breakfast which has a wide variety of food and a very good ambient on the rooftop. Bathtub water overflowed but the drainage wasn’t very efficient as water was flowing towards the bathroom door and onto the room’s wooden floor plank. Bathroom soap and room tissue not refilled. Sorry for the specifics but overall was still a pretty good experience as the staff in the main lobby was always smiling and ready to greet/provide. Will recommend their motorbike rental as well as it was convenient and fuss free, 100k/150k per 24 hr + - very accommodating! 👍🏼

Booked the whirlpool room for my anniversary. Whirlpool was working and clean but design is not very comfortable. Room was sizable and clean, will be good to have more cushions, chairs and table since there are quite alot of empty spaces. Larger TV with better reception will be great. Rain shower head water pressure is not strong but shower head is fine. Breakfast was decent, since seminyak has lots of great choices, we only ate breakfast 1 out 4 days. Rooftop pool is decent, can't really see the sunset but music and food is reasonable. Seminyak traffic and road is tough but parking on site was readily available. No road noise as the hotel is situated far from any roads. Overall, good value for the money.

Good location, near beach clubs and ShiShi night club, road walking in the hotel is a bit dark so be careful. Room is cozy but if you order food and leave your tray outside it can take some time for the cleaner to pick it up - our food tray lay outside for 2 days. Service is overall pleasant. If you order gojek they will help you collect the items too. The roof top has a outdoor cinema and pool. Good view of sunset.

The hotel is located 100 yards off the road but is approachable. They have a buggy to drop you off at the beach.Claniness is excellent except some mosquito menace at night. Breakfast is excellent to cover the needs of vegan, vegetarian and cornivorous people

Rooms was not as expected. Bathtub was dirty and many mosquitoes so didn’t manage to enjoy at all. Aircon was not working on 1 side and the other side was leaking. Overall would not recommend.

Facilities abit old and run-down... Time to do a makeover and upgrades.. Didnt take pictures of the hotel coz nothing to rave about.

In a good location which is close to nightclubs but just far enough away you can’t hear any noise when trying to sleep. Room is a nice size and it was very clean. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is average and bathroom sizes are quite small in the shower area

SUPERB! Absolutely worth the price. Check in was a breeze and the stay was such a wonderful experience. Dewi checked us in and explained all the needful clearly. We arrived early and was told to wait a little while. The final product was so cute! Let the photos explain!
