This room has no air conditioning and no mosquito net to completely connect to the outside. Feeding mosquitoes at night. It is difficult to get a car to the hotel, and the driver has to pay extra. Great location and view. We rented th large, open space that was rustic, so be prepared for an open-air experience with no AC (along with the normal bugs, critters). I give the staff here a big 5-star rating. A couple of us came down sick, and the staff onsite where wonderful, helping coordinate a driver to/from the emergency clinic, stopping by to check on us, and accommodating a late checkout. Very much the Bali customer service warmth and hospitality.

A beautiful little villa, with lots of character and stunning views, however, if you're looking for luxury then I recommend staying somewhere else. The villa is open at the top, which means there is no AC, but they do have many fans around to help cool it down. There is no hot water, which wasn't a problem for us, as it was very hot so it was nice to cool off. It was a bit hard to sleep at night time as there were many bugs flying inside and mice in the roof, and little bits of dirt or dust or the straw roof would fall down on the bed during the night, which was quite unsettling. Also, at 4am in the morning the village next door started blasting religious music for an hour (this happened 5 times a day) which was very loud. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with meals, tours, taxis and any other information we needed.
