Room size okay but no fridge in the room and tea quality poor . No swimming pool.

It's very close to the airport, and it's also very convenient to call a car to the beach and shopping malls. The mattress and quilt are stained and the bathroom water pipe is damaged and needs to be replaced😔 There are small insects in the room from time to time and the cleaning is not good🙈

What makes it delicious is in front of my favorite restaurant, Warung Laota. Close to many tourist spots and very accessible. The ibis standard is the bottom line. Complete amenities, parking space is also available so if you rent a car there is parking space.

Liked: Location: close to the airport. Just about 10 minutes drive. Decent rooms: usual Ibis rooms sufficient for a night's stay. Breakfast: provided early (starts at 6am which was very helpful), breakfast options were decent. Price: very reasonable (about $50 each) but we had to go for 2 rooms for a family of 4 with 2 kids since the hotel did not permit 4 in a room. It was also good that we got 2 rooms since the rooms were small & we could not have slept in a single bed and neither was there space for an extra bed. Staff: always smiling and friendly. Cleanliness: rooms, beds, toilets were all clean but felt a bit dated. Flexible booking options for changes & cancellations. Disliked: Small rooms & bathrooms, but not unexpected from Ibis. Most of their hotels are this way worldwide. Staff communication could be better: They could not understand simple requests quickly and they would be repeating the same. Not much to dislike for a simple night's stay. Power points: Highly disappointed with lack of sufficient power points in the room. We found only 1 point which was away from the bed as well as the work table. Even having our own adapter & a long cable could not bring our phones next to our bed. In this day & age, USB ports on the walls & table at the bedside are expected by international chains. We booked our stay through an aggregator for which the hotel denied adding our Accor membership number since we did not book through their site/app. There seemed to be a pool but we had no time to use. A few restaurants & shops were present nearby but again we had very less time to even step out to explore. Not sure of public transport but did not seem like there were any. Taxis were easily available to & from the airport through Grab app. We got a cab to the airport through the hotel front desk which was on-time, convenient and very reasonably priced. Overall recommended for a night stay especially for transit passengers like us.

Stayed overnight at this hotel courtesy of Batik Air with its usual delayed flights causing me to miss my connection. It’s ok for a layover hotel as it was close to the airport. It’s not a 5 star property. Room was small and dated. It’s relatively clean and tea and coffee making facilities were provided. There is a small restaurant next to the lobby which served a reasonable basic meal.

I did stay in Ibis hotels in Europe. I did not expect such horrible experience in Bali. 1st my room was on a floor where were people eating in the hole way. The “customers “ in that floor were actually hareasing me, making inappropriate commets each time I pass by. ROOM - Small, very dark and not to clean. Bedsheets had blood stain on them. Staff not that helpful( totally opposite to what I am used in Bali) They made me wait a lot, as well they never adressed the people on the holeway. Maybe they had better rooms or better floors , but as booking app customer with a nice discount, they choose to not give me the offer but basically to downgrade me to the worse room’s possible . I got the same rate to HILTON 5 min away from this.

The hotel is very average although is inexpensive also so basis that it is fine. I had booked it for a short 4 hr stay, just wanted to take a nap after my flight, for which it was fine.

The location of this hotel Is near Ngurah Rai International Airport, and it is just several minutes distance by car. It is also near Krishna and Keranjang The room is great, my room is near the water dispenser. The air conditioner works well and the water dispenser works well. The wifi also works well. The staff is nice.

i never know as an accor member the response of ibis kuta is not as per i used to get as an accor member. perhaps they dont even notice tht i place order from accor app. i find a bit difficult to use my accor facilities and almost like insisted to have it because im eligible to have it and of course tht deliver unpleasant feelings. once they see my accor digital card then please understand that im eligible for the facilities offered as a member. the rest is ok, the receptionist keep smile even when they cant provide the things i asked. the food according to my girls who take the breakfast at hotel said the taste need to improve. the location of course strategic fr the airport. because i saw many flight crews stay there. however still as an accor member i expect more. we have been stay at much better hotel from accor club and they give us much better appreciation as accor member. i hope i didn’t put comments on different ibis in kuta bali however this is my feed back and please make sure no insect at the buffet section thts would be much better. Guys , you can deliver much better than wht i have last time. the porter of course nice with his useful info about the place to go in bali, too bad i forget his name. FYI good to have durian vendor close to your place thts good point they are offering reasonable price and sweet durian fr bali
