Had a lovey stay here, the hot spring pool was amazing and very warm, amazing views from the pool area.
The area it’s self is cooler through the day around 26 degrees and around 17-18 on the evening, so it was a nice break from the heat, no AC needed in the rooms.
Only negative is the flys, they’re a pain when eating etc… but that is just the area, not the hotels fault.

The view is very nice, but the cleanliness of the room is a bit lacking and there are many dead flies that have not been cleaned, the bed is not vacuumed enough, that's the only thing lacking, otherwise I am very satisfied, especially with the warm water swimming pool, the staff are very friendly, if you are lucky there is a campfire at night.

The hotel is suitable for spending one night and climbing the volcano 🌋 The road to the hotel is terrible, I do not recommend going by car at all. The room itself was clean, but without hand soap. The shower is terrible, the tap water is smelly. The atmosphere itself is like a camping trip, in the evening they lit a fire. There are a lot of residents in the hotel, so it can be quite noisy. The audibility is perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are prepared for you to choose from, there is tea. We had to have breakfast in the car because of the flies.
I have never seen so many flies. I strongly recommend taking and putting on a mask when climbing the volcano. Flies accompany you the entire climb and climb right into your mouth. What a relief it was to leave this area after a successful climb.

Nice and new guest house. Right on the lake shore. Very nice view. Three houses overlook the lake, and the rest do not have a direct view. The pool has very warm water, which is warmer than the air in the evening. It is good in the mountains. There is a small cafe where you can have a snack from 15:00 to 20:00. Breakfasts are also held there from 08:00 to 20:00.
There was no hot water in the shower in the room. Only one tap. And the water was slightly warm.
There are flies, but they are everywhere around the lake. And they disappear in the evening. It was not a problem.
