The service is pretty good, but I deducted some points for the mosquitos. The spa inside is good, you can jump into the swimming pool when you open the door of the room, and there is free coffee and juice to drink. It's really hard to find at the door, hahaha

The bathroom will smell if it is not ventilated for a long time, and the air conditioner must be turned on to make it better. The location is close to the main road, and the sound insulation is poor. You can always hear the sound of vehicles passing by. The hotel is very nice, the space is large, and the decoration is very unique (very nice), but the sound insulation is not good, it will be noisy at night, only breakfast is served, and there are a few ants (due to the relatively open nature of the room)

The breakfast is great, there are no bugs, and the room and bathroom are clean.

We had arranged with Klumpu villas for collect from airport on arrival After coming out of arrivals and waiting a while decided to call There had been some confusion on collection time Not sure why because in communication before hand it was very clear. But was put right and 30mins later driver arrived Reception staff were very nice and villa was beautiful Very clean Amenities were good Breakfast outside villa was exceptional Pool was lovely Had a couples massage which was amazing. Would definitely recommend This place is little walk to beach or Sanur centre but free lift was given Staff really can’t do enough for you They are very welcoming and friendly I did request 2 twice for a small breakfast box to be put up for us as morning we left, we were going at 3.20am on trip to heavens gate Nothing had been left for us. But would still give 9 out of 10 and return
