From airport to villa, they all supported the transportation timely and guided how can I get there. And whole staff are too friendly and supported our tour stay agenda and arrangement so it was more than 5 star concierge service!
Nothing but Rest and enjoy island in beautiful villa and will plan again to comeback! And they are all bi lingual for English so don’t afraid to communicate with staffs

This is definitely a reservation that exceeded expectations. It is very difficult to find accommodation in Penida. It is either very expensive or very broken and very scarce. In the end, I booked this one very casually, but! It exceeded expectations very much!
I was amazed when I pushed the door into the lobby. It was really amazing. It was so beautiful! It was sunset, I was in the quiet mountains and forests, and there was an endless sea in the distance. You can enjoy all these beautiful scenery in the infinity pool!
The room decoration is also very distinctive, but the only drawback is that there are a lot of flies, but I analyzed that it was not the hotel's fault. There should be a lot of flies in this place. It would be okay if the air conditioner was turned on for a longer time. The flaws did not cover the merits. I was still very satisfied.
The geographical location felt very remote at first. How did you drive into the mountains? But later I found that it was actually very good. Several very famous restaurants were very close to the hotel. The staff recommended us to coco penida. The resident singer was simply a folk Adele. It was amazing, amazing, and the food was also delicious.

The master villa was chosen in 5 minutes, we didn’t really look at reviews and photos, we just decided to go with friends to Penida to a hotel with a beautiful view. And in the end they were right. Everything was great, from the politeness of the staff to the aftertaste of the visit. We were met at the port, taken to the villa, and brought everything we needed that we additionally asked for. Beautiful interior, expensive materials, comfortable bed and sofas, Infinity swimming pool with Jacuzzi, service, everything was perfect. We regretted that we had not planned at least 3 days on the island to enjoy all the delights of this wonderful villa. We dream of returning here during our next stay on the island.
