I stayed at Smaranala with my family for 2 days, and we felt very comfortable with the service and cleanliness provided. We were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade that came with more complete facilities. Overall, we are very satisfied with this accommodation, as it is conveniently located near the toll road and easy to find. I also took some photos for your reference. *a small note: if you're sensitive to the sound of passing vehicles or barking dogs, try choosing a room on the upper floor. However, still highly recommended!

We stayed in a family room. Overall, the room was nice, spacious and functional. It's perfect for a family of 3. There's a stove and some dishes. You can cook something if you need to. I also liked the pool. It was clean and refreshing.
That's all that was positive. The room was dusty and dirty in places.
We didn't like the service. We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. And during the whole time, cleaning was done only once, and that was when we reminded you for the third time. The staff is mostly busy in the coffee shop and is not focused on the residents. But the worst thing is the noise from the road and the dogs. I couldn't sleep. The family rooms are right next to the road up the mountain. Maybe it's quieter in the other rooms. There are also dogs running around the area, they are harmless, but they bark at night and early in the morning. The noise from the road is certainly not the hotel's fault. I'm not lowering my rating for that. But the service... something needs to be done about it. The least welcoming hotel out of the 6 we stayed in Bali.
