We had some issues when we checked in. The wrong room was advertised compared to what we received on arrival. Beautiful hotel, gorgeous views. Not family friendly would definitely recommend to honeymooners and couples. The floating breakfast was amazing and pictures at their gorgeous pool

I had a lovely stay at the Horison Ume. Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. The room is spacious and clean with a gorgeous view of the canyon. Breakfast great too.
As a bonus, it’s a short walk to the pyramids of chi, if you enjoy meditations and sound healing.

The hotel is completely consistent with the photo. Breakfast is a buffet of sweets, fruits and vegetables, and the rest is a choice from the breakfast menu. Beautiful presentation and delicious 👌🏻
There is a shuttle to Ubud every 2 hours to the very center, without traffic jams it takes 15 minutes.
In the room (we had 204) there are welcome fruits, water, tea and coffee. Daily cleaning and change of towels.
In the bathroom there is a shower and a bath (more for beauty).
From the hotel we went on an excursion to the Batur volcano (transfer there and back), at a price like everywhere else in the city 550 thousand rupees.
The territory is clean and well-groomed, the pool is open from 08:00 to 19:00.

Beautiful resort with a wonderful infinity pool, the staff was very kind always available to satisfy our every choice. The breakfast is abundant and very good, both a la carte and buffet.

There is a very beautiful swimming pool on the territory with a view of the jungle and rice terraces. It is especially beautiful here in the evening, they turn on the lighting in the pool. The staff was friendly, the rooms are neat, the breakfasts are also very good

The front desk service is very considerate and the environment is beautiful and hygienic. However, the hotel is some distance from the city, so you need to take the hotel car back and forth at the designated time.

Thankyou for the wonderful experience 💞 the room, ambiance, food and service was exceptionally perfect! Absolutely gonna back again another time. We stay at Venya Suites (+) Side - room was spacious and comfy, with big screen TV, Alexa, big size bathup and pantry area - complete amenities - air cond is perfectly working - feel so special from getting welcome greeting from management, get afternoon tea, and freshly made breakfast (buffet of Indonesian delicacy, pastry and fruits are available too) - beautiful scenery and helpful staff - they provide shuttle from hotel to Ubud center for free (-) side - the room was decorated using some unfinished wood thus it makes some damp smell when you first enter the room - access was a little narrow for big car (I guess the real hidden gem 😂) Rating : 9.5/10

I stayed twice at this beautiful place and had a great time. The location is serene and quiet, with beautiful views and lots of greenery and flowers. I had a villa with my own pool and plenty of space. The entire complex is well taken care of and nestled into the mountain. The staff was exceptional, friendly and very attentive, at the reception, restaurant and the day club. The latter offers a nice vibe and infinity pool, drinks and food. Wahyuda and the others did an amazing job, thanks to all for making my stay very relaxing!

- Big and clean pool - Friendly stuff - Villa has a good size - Food in the Hotel was good - Comfy bed - Cleaning could be better - Sadly the spa was closed - Gym is very small ...............................................................
