Very bad, I don't know where the rating comes from. First of all, it is very noisy at night, the singers will sing until 10 o'clock, you can't go to bed early, and the facilities in the room are very poor, and it is easy to hit your head

Three stars, no more, Indonesia’s black industry is an industry chain 1. Ask the hotel front desk how to get back to Bali. The hotel staff took us to the car rental agency across the street. A car took us to the port to take a boat, 100k; I didn’t check the distance beforehand, I was just curious about how to go straight and turn a corner, so I returned to Bali that night to check the driving distance: 1.9 kilometers and 6 minutes; 2. We asked the hotel how to use the spa, and asked the car rental agency across the street to take us there. As a result, there were 6 beds inside, enclosed, and a shop. The towels were tattered and the smell was extremely unpleasant, so we had to bite the bullet and run away. ; 3. We went to the pier to buy ferry tickets, and the driver who took us took them with him. Then the ticket seller asked me to pay the driver, 200K per person, and a white man next to me bought the ticket for 150K; I asked the driver to leave and paid him 100K for the fare. His mission was over. The driver scolded me: ********* 4. Then I went to buy the ticket alone, and the shipping company said: they won’t sell it to you, you can only ask him (the driver) to buy it; fine. There are so many shipping companies, so I won’t take your trip. I walked far away and called the hotel three times, but no one answered. I also went online to find another driver to pick me up. After about ten minutes, they watched me take photos and call. On the phone, he came down again and said he would sell me tickets. 5. This hotel is a diving hotel, which may be more suitable for divers. It is convenient. During the day, I opened the door to breathe, and many flies flew to the quilt and stopped there. There were many flies, but they were not found elsewhere, just scattered on the quilt. The bath water is hot at first and then cool later. The above are all facts that happened during the day. Apart from diving, there are no advantages.

The hotel is terrible. There are no slippers and napkins in the room. Breakfast is not delicious None of the restaurants on Nusa Penida are delicious. The water in the shower was cold at night and the towels smelled bad. Not suitable for living on the island😅😅

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner.

Very pretty restaurant area, we love lounging on the beanbags facing the sea. Room is lovely, bed is extremely comfortable. Very good and convenient to rest after a day of diving. Staff are all warm and friendly. Dives are amazing, guides are professional and knowledgeable. Live music every evening. We will be coming back again. Shoutout to our dive guide Yasa! And thank you Jojo for organising everything.

Everything is amazing, the staffs are helpful and nice, food are great, i stayed here for 3 nights, every order was surprised me. For stay definitely satisfied, comfy and chill. I will come back again, highly recommend for those travel to Nusa Penida.

We were struggling on choosing the beach resort or their hill resort, but jojo told us that this beach resort is very nice and we would def love it!! Ahh, I was so excited when I arrived, we were welcomed w a welcome drink ( that’s good!!!) the room is so so pretty and the sunset here is 💯. The cocktails here are quite nice, and burger is ❤️. I will def recommend this beach resort and dive centre when I come to nusa penida again!! Thanks for taking care of us so well !!

Hotel customer service was very good, kitchen food was amazing, and the dive experience was spectacular. Managed to see both manta ray and mola mola during our dives, with our amazing dive master David from Mambo Dive Resort. Will definitely recommend everyone to stay at Mambo Beach Resort during their visit to Nusa Penida!!

Very good place to stay in. Dive center is at Mambo resort. It is very good experience. The water is clear in manta points and able to see Manya Rays. Mola Mola also there in Crystal Bay area. The water is cold around 17-20 degree. Very good placeto visit for divers. Diving experience is also very good.
