I don't think it's a good hotel for this price. Since it's close to the road, there are constant sounds of vehicles and motorcycles.

I had a fantastic stay at the Royal Maharani Payogan Hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the amenities, including the pool. It's a bit far from central attractions, but perfect for a relaxing getaway.

It's clean and new. Lovely pool, my only concern is the noise from scooters

Great little find in ubud in a secluded location. Room was nice and big overlooking one of the swimming pools. Excellent value for money!

The hotel is good, a good option for a few days. The pool is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is one minus that the road is nearby, but it did not bother us much.

The hotel is located on a mountain road uphill next to the forest. It is a bit difficult to find, but it is about a 20-minute drive from Ubud Palace, which is quite convenient. The hotel is beautiful as a whole, and the room is clean. However, the facilities are not particularly complete, and a few ants were seen, but considering the location of the hotel, it is understandable. And the staff are so kind.

✅ A good value hotel in Ubud! The staff are friendly and it's really clean because it's new:) The pool is divided into two and there's a bathtub in the bathroom, so it was really healing. It's a shame that there's no breakfast, and you can really hear the sound of motorcycles at night.. It's not soundproof.. But if it's a hotel like this, I'd like to visit again when I come to Ubud. They also provide a lot of towels. YouTube and Netflix work well without interruption.

Lovely new hotel in the heart of Ubud. Clean comfortable rooms. Beautiful view of the jungle. The hotel is not very popular yet, there were few guests. And it was wonderful - I was able to enjoy the privacy and atmosphere of this beautiful place. The pools are clean and overlook the jungle. The staff is very friendly. Not everyone speaks English well, but they are always ready to help. The best way to stay at a hotel is to have a bike. The hotel is located on a mountain near the road, it will be uncomfortable to get to shops and cafes on foot. There is some traffic noise from the road, but it did not interfere with the rest. The hotel does not yet offer breakfast. My birthday fell while I was at the hotel. In the evening, returning to the room, I found a surprise: a beautiful inscription on the bed, rose petals. It was a pleasure!

Great place, beautiful view of the forest, the price tag should clearly be more expensive. Swimming pool, bath, good wifi. TV with smart TV. The reception will always help. Strange, but we were the only guests in the entire villa. Apparently they haven't unwinded yet. The only negative is the noise from the road during the day. But they don’t drive much at night anymore. A nice deep pool with a beautiful view makes up for this minus in a big way. In general, I recommend it until the price goes up.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, cleaning was done every day, there were practically no people in the hotel, very quiet and calm. The room itself is clean, smells of chemicals. The mixer in the bathroom is terribly low, it is difficult to wash your hands. There is a parking lot at the hotel.

Everything is great! I recommend it, beautiful view, cozy rooms and few guests. The hotel is quite big and beautiful. Cleaning every day, everything is great! The only downside is the very dirty floor. Please clean it better 🙏🏻, it's so nice and pleasant here! I recommend it!

The room was clean but the surrounding area was deserted with nothing to do or eat. The hotel is on a big slope. It is not recommended to rent a motorcycle.
