Stayed here for six nights. The room was spacious and clean with plenty of space for three people. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was a bonus. Nice for having our evening drinks. The only thing We found confusing was why leave tea and coffee but only small paper cups, a microwave but no plates or cutlery and water but no glasses? We rang reception and they gave us all of the aforementioned items. So all is forgiven.

The location is very good 👍 It is very close to the train station and Marseille Port, and you can walk there~ Maybe the rooms are full and I was not given a chance to check in early, but I can store my luggage for free
The hotel-style apartment has a large room with two doors. The safety is relatively good~ Because I had to catch an early train, I needed to have breakfast early. After telling the person at the front desk the night before, I had it smoothly the next day. Breakfast caught up with the train

What makes this place special are the people. Yes, it is modern, tastefully designed and immaculate with great access to public transport and a couple of local treasures, the front desk with Tata, Tania and Sujata, complete with broad smiles and great local knowledge are a compliment to manager Emmanuel and Mr Fixit, Julian.

The InterContinental M****ille is undoubtedly the best luxury hotel in M****ille. Housed in a converted historical hospital, it offers a unique and charming ambiance. The breakfast served at the Terrace boasts breathtaking views and includes delicious freshly made waffles and refreshing orange juice. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the beds are luxuriously comfortable. However, upon our late arrival at 11pm, we were disappointed to find only cold sandwiches available for room service.

This was a lovely hotel to stay at. I booked a room with a large terrace overlooking the port and the view was fantastic. I could have sat all day watching the boats coming in and out of the harbor. The room was spacious and well kept. The employees were very nice and helpful even as I practiced my French on them. The breakfast was quite special. It is served in a beautiful , light-filled room, again, with views of the port. You could sit inside or outside and the weather was beautiful while I was there in early June. The breakfast had many many choices, breads of all kinds, hot choices (such as bacon, eggs, sausages, petite potatoes, vegetables), cold cuts, many cheeses, several dessert options also. Really nice. I would highly recommend this hotel and wish I had stayed longer.

Price is quite reasonable with quality breakfast and facilities. Location is very good. Near to city centre. Parking fee is not bad. But the hotel is very busy. No bath and hand wash gel for both of my two rooms, even I went to the reception to request, they marked the problem but finally ignored which made me a bit disappointed.

Excellent four star hotel with good amenities in the rooms - shampoo, conditioner, soap, shower gel, body lotion plus nail file, shower cap, cotton buds, cotton wool pads and water in the mini fridge, safe in the room. Dressing gown and slippers provided. I paid extra for a slightly larger room with a view of the Old Port and it was well worth it. The Port is noisy but the double glazing is very good. The A/C in the room was good. The room and bathroom were clean and serviced daily. I thought the shower could do with an upgrade - no hotels have a hand held shower these days but it was sufficient. Also the room carpet and the main stair carpet are tired and could do with replacing but they were clean and vacuumed. The reception staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful, always pleased to see me when I came back in and interested in knowing what I’d been up to. Milolo was especially good, getting my room ready a bit earlier when I arrived on an early flight, helping with information and printing out my boarding card when I left, but they were all lovely. As a single woman traveller I felt safe and comfortable/at home in the hotel and would highly recommend it. I would definitely go back.

The surrounding area is well-developed, and you can sample a variety of seafood and French breakfast when you go out. The hotel is facing the old port, the distant Notre Dame is clearly visible, no curtains at night, watching the lights of the Notre Dame sleep, do not have a taste. The room has a room dedicated to children, and the decoration is warm. Whether you are taking a sightseeing bus, going to the subway, or visiting the Old Port Market, it is very convenient. Especially recommended!

The excessive price is not justified for the quality of the service offered Very poorly cleaned bathroom floor, the corners are even forgotten and are disgusting I weigh my words... Comfortable bedding overall. Bathroom toilet room the bezel does not hold and moves in all directions. Cramped parking difficult to maneuver and impossible to reserve in advance what a shame.... Ridiculous breakfast area in the middle of the corridor to go to the elevator...

BBINIt is within walking distance of all major attractions and is fully equipped and convenient. have to be aware of is: 1. The location marked in the room and the check-in are not the same location, but on the back of Rue Vacon Street. See the drawing, I hope that the next time Ctrip can make a note, although it is the listing of booking. 2. We live on the second floor, 2nd floor, actually the third floor. If there is no elevator, the weight of the baggage needs to be considered. 3. Regarding parking, there is one next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The guide is 15 Euros a night. This depends on the specific time period. From the drawing, everyone can understand the parking rate. We stopped for about 22 hours on the first day, and paid the top 31.7 euros. The next day is 9:00 in the morning. Leave and pay about 22 euros. 4. Regarding the pre-authorization deduction, they usually return at 4 pm on the day of departure, plus the bank's operating time, it may take 2-3 days to arrive. We are showing pictures of the check-out, I hope to return immediately. The staff asked if the room had extra consumption and immediately retired.

GGuest UserCentralized location at the M****ille port and close proximity to a series of bar and pubs. Getting the m****ille port view triple room model gives a luxurious 25sqm floor area.l But the same proximity also brought noise in the evening from near by dance clubs and even morning gathering crowds. Sound proofing is also its archilles heel.

The supporting facilities are complete and the hotel service is very good. Great for family, family vacation, outdoor swimming pool. The terrace on the third floor of the hotel is beautiful and has a special access to the sea. The surrounding attractions are also very close.

RResort50737652851We chose this hotel given that it offers parking on site and it is well positioned, close to the port and other landmarks, but yet away from all the chaos and traffic. If you have high expectations and looking for North American standards of a 4 star hotel, this is definitely not the place to stay at. We spent most of the time touring the city and its surroundings, so we did not need many amenities and were not bothered with things that were missing or not working. Some of the high points of this hotel were: location (residential and quiet area), onsite gated parking, very peaceful and you cold barely hear other guests, lots of nice trees and plants around the property, comfortable bed, outdoor pool, beach/pool towels, wardrobes and slippers are provided, good wifi, mini fridge stocked with water and pop, very helpful and friendly staff. The low points were: getting to the hotel can be a bit tricky as the entrance is not marked properly. You have to turn into Rue des Flots Bleus to access reception - parking is right behind the gate in front of the reception. Streets are very narrow and bigger cars can be challenging to manoeuvre. We arrived at 5:30 pm and our room was still not ready. We opted for Privilege room, but is was extremely small and dark (ground floor). Wardrobe was size of a kitchen cabinet and there was no space for suitcases. There was no work desk, but only a small round table and one chair. Shower and sink drainage was not very good and there was a very odd smell. There was no iron/ironing board in the room. Some of the lightbulbs were not working. Pool/beach towels could not be changed for clean/dry ones. Breakfast was a bit limited. Scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon were served from very small pans and would not get replenished regularly. There were many pigeons landing on outdoor tables and chairs. Coffee served outside breakfast hours is not free. Pool loungers are limited and by the afternoon they are all taken. The grounds could be kept in the better shape. We would not recommend this hotels for longer stays.

II6795SSfrankvThe service was generally very bad. It is an aparthotel, but they do not even clean up the room. When asking about this, they indicated that it was our task to clean up after ourselves. Furthermore, they were very unfriendly. I had already stayed in the same chain in Dijon, but this sister hotel was much better (i.c. cleaner and friendlier). I would therefore suggest to not go to this hotel under no circumstances.

GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed for one night at this hotel. You can't check in until 3pm, no matter what - even if your flight arrives at 9am in the morning, so be aware that they will need to hold your bags if you wish to drop them off. Staff was very friendly, but right at 3pm, everyone arrives to check in and the wait can take a little time. Our room was pretty small, but had a little kitchen area and a decent sized bathroom. The bed was fairly comfortable and the view was basically of a run-down apartment building in the back of the property (depressing). We fortunately had a good nights rest with very little noise. There's a Nespresso machine in the room and you can buy pods at the front desk. The location is walkable to many tourist shops and restaurants right in Old Port. The room appeared to be clean, but a bit run down. I would suggest a one night's stay if needed, but to stay longer might cramp your style if you wish for something a bit more roomy and charming. Overall, good stay and a good place for walking around Old Port and surrounding neighborhoods.
