Shuttle bus to the pier: The hotel will arrange a shuttle bus when leaving the hotel, and the service is very good. The room hardware facilities are very complete, very clean and comfortable, and the plugs are universal. I feel very safe and secure staying here. The island hopping itinerary in the hotel lobby is reasonably priced, and the three-day itinerary is very good. The instructor who arranged the OW diving certificate for the children is also very patient and responsible! It is a very warm hotel to stay in. I really want to give you the best reviews!

Very satisfied with our stay at Shun Shun! Awesome views, beautiful boardwalks, very friendly staff. Location is nearby the semporna jetty which is convenient (10 minutes). Rooms are nice, modern, clean with a nice balcony and big windowed doors to a view of the ocean. Basic no-frills room, not a luxury villa by any means, cheap furniture and decor. The food is good, mostly Chinese/malaysian fusion. Selection doesn't change much from night to night but they will make you something custom if you want. Communication is good with them on WhatsApp. Power and water 24 hours a day. For alcohol they only have tiger beer for RM10. Note that the free boat has a defined schedule that they set, unfortunately the last boat from shore is early at 530pm. You pay RM100 for a special trip.

This homestay is an independent cabin with a swimming pool in the yard, which is very beautiful. The owner is Chinese and can speak Chinese. The communication is very smooth and considerate. It is a little far from Semporna town. If you want to go there, the owner will send a driver to pick you up. You can also make reservations to the airport or the pier, which is very convenient. Breakfast is a simple meal, all freshly made. It is relatively fresh and good. You can consult the owner if you have any questions in Semporna. He is super nice and has adopted a kitten. It is a very pleasant accommodation experience. Because the environment is relatively primitive, there will be many mosquitoes and small animals. It is normal to appear in the house. Bring mosquito repellents to be more comfortable. I hope the boss's business will be prosperous!

I have been staying every month in junior suite. So many times i have mentioned it to the staff & even the GM. Unfortunately no action was taken. For a junior suite amenities are very basic. Not even face towel or inroom slippers provided. Inroom phone is not working. Aircond is not cold, worst got moss. So dissapointing. However, the staff is very good. Friendly. Helpful. I understand they are doing their best in a very limited resources they were given. I urge management to look into this seriously. Let the picture speaks for itself.
