Very luxury hotel and just next to BadenBaden Christmas market and surrounded by all the restaurants, boutique, and public transport
Perfect location. Abit further from the airport and cost about €100 to call the taxi..the breakfast was superb and plenty of choice ..definitely will come back again

Located in the center of the city, opposite the theater, next to the shopping street, and the boulevard. 10 minutes walk to the bath, very suitable for vacation

Wonderful hotel in the perfect location. Right on the river and between the main town square and the ******, you will not find a better situated spot. The breakfast here is fantastic and all of the staff were wonderful. There was no air conditioning in my room but with the window open, it was not needed.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean! Excellent staff very welcoming… hotel is within walking distance to everything in the city center, near the ******. Easy to park in the public garage. I would definetely recommend this hotel! Great restaurant next Le Bristo.. we didn’t booked in advance , we walk in to the hotel, planning to stay only one night and we ended up staying the four nights. Thank you for the warmth welcoming to the front desk Bibi for booking a beautiful room looking at the Main Street, the stay was excellent and and excellent staff..

We have stayed here four times before over the last decade plus, and we love the art deco, room appointments, excellent breakfast, etc. We couldn't get past the road construction to drop off our luggage so I brought them from the parking garage. The safe stuck (most likely a dead battery) and we talked with the front desk who said someone will be up to fix it as their code didn't work. The person never showed. My wife kept putting in the open code and finally got it to open a little bit to get our stuff out. A friend who stayed here asked for an iron, they wouldn't let her take it to her room and she had to bring her dress down and iron in a small room next to the lobby. Both desk workers were more interested in their personal cellphones than serving people. It is a shame, we normally love to stay here.

Absolutely catastrophic processing The overnight stay was already charged to me when I checked in, although we explicitly said that we had already booked and paid via a third-party provider. (Business trip) After a good month, I am still fighting for credit, as my private credit card was also charged. The staff only sporadically responds to my emails. No one knows their name and first name, so you never know who you are writing to. I have also emailed my cell phone number several times. It seems that nobody is interested. I am now taking legal action and find it really an absolute disaster how to act here.

Das Atlantic Parkhotel ist eine 'alte Dame'. Jedoch war jeder Komfort vorhanden. Betten sind sehr bequem, gute Kissen (immer ein Streitpunkt) und ein schönes Badezimmer. Die Zimmer waren sauber und im Schrank versteckte sich sogar ein leistungsstärkerer Haartrockner als der im Badezimmer. Der Blick vom Balkon in den Park und auf die Oos war sogar bei Regenwetter ein Augenschmaus. Die Dame an der Reception war sehr freundlich und eine helfende Hand für das Gepäck war sofort bereit. Ein Nachtportier ist immer vor Ort und man muss den Hotelschlüssel nicht mitnehmen. Preis/Leistung war zu 100% fair. Die zentrale Lage ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt und das Parkhaus Kongress ist mit EUR 33 für 2 ganze Tage auch günstig. Da wir privat eingeladen waren, können wir die kulinarische Seite nicht bewerten.

J’ai connu cet hôtel, il y a quelques années, avec son histoire la plus ancienne de Baden-Baden, mais celui-ci avait perdu son rayonnement. Nous y sommes retournés suite au changement de direction tout récent. Quel émerveillement de retrouver cet établissement avec un personnel à l’accueil si chaleureux qui sait perpétuer la grande époque des fastes d'antan. Nous y reviendrons!
