Originally, I already had a room and didn't plan to stay here, but the environment of Baden-Baden is very good. I saw that this hotel is very magnificent, so the price on the day of check-in was HK$1800. I think it is a bit expensive for me, but in such a quiet environment I think it's worth it. The room is exquisitely decorated and thoughtful, and the couchon on the bed should be like his founder. It's very special. The room is very organized and comfortable, and it has a hot spring soaked in an ancient feeling. It's worth it recommend

Back from a 3 night stay at the Brenners. As always everything is perfect and the winter atmosphere is hard to beat. Pre stay inquiries are efficiently dealt with. We were upgraded to a beautiful junior suite with nice welcome amenities. Etro toiletries are correct but I missed the Brenners branded toiletries and their scent. Breakfast buffet is among the best I’ve experienced. We also had cocktail and dinner at Fritz & Felix which we love. Gym, pool and sauna are amazing. All the staff we interacted with was professional as usual and charming. Special thanks to concierge Merlin who helped us with our flight and limo transfer issues and tried its best to offer the best possible solution. I have heard there is a renovation soon of the main building. I really hope it maintains its aesthetic and character!

This is a modern, clean functional hotel with reasonable rates. The location is by the park and about a 20 minute scenic walk into the centre of town. Felt very safe walking back through the park. after dark. Staff were friendly and helpful. Where the place excels is the breakfast which is amazing, best we had in a 2 week trip through Europe. After leaving we wondered if we should have tried the restaurant to see if that was also good.

Complete real-life pictures, unexpected joy, very cost-effective, suitable for self-driving tour. The extreme view is all vineyards, and the hotel garden has two big white geese, close to people. The bathroom is super big! The network signal is good, there is an elevator, parking is free, the hotel's own restaurant is first-class, it is worth living on a long-term holiday.

My best friend and I stayed here for a three night girlfriend vacation. The location was perfectly central to walk everywhere. The ambiance of this gorgeous hotel and the amazingly friendly staff gave us a beautiful memory for a lifetime. It’s family owned and you can feel the warmth and congeniality here. We were given a tour of three different rooms to choose. The room we stayed in, Louis Phillip, was very elegant and we felt so pampered with all the care that went into every detail. The breakfast was sumptuous and delicious , with attentive coffee service. We were transported to another world. I joined another friend who booked a five star hotel the Maison Messmer, but the corporate hotel atmosphere was nothing compared with what I left behind at the Belle Epoque. I missed it and the staff I got to interact and connect with: Mike, Sandra and Dennis from Ukrane, Ivan from Croatia … I am grateful that all of them made our stay in Baden Baden a most enjoyable experience. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Like a house in a fairy tale, everything is retro, there are hotels of the age and history, the elevator is small, and the two big ones are very crowded. There are not many breakfast options, but the croissant here is the best I have ever eaten. It is crispy and tender, not oily or greasy, super invincible and delicious. I have been back to China for half a month, or I am thinking of the croissant here. . The parking fee is very expensive, ten or twenty euros ~ you can find cheap parking nearby

We booked this hotel based on the online reviews. It’s more than we typically spend per night, but this was a special kid free weekend. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. A nice perk is if you book directly through the hotel, as a thank you, the first fill of the mini bar is free. I so wanted to love this hotel. Despite advertising air conditioning, our room just wasn’t getting cold. I went and spoke with the night clerk on our second night, thinking maybe it was operator error and could be easily fixed. The night clerk pulled up our room on the computer and tells me that the air conditioning is broke. It would have been nice if given the fact they obviously saw this on check in, they had put us in a functioning room. The clerk apologized and said he would make a note in our record for the manager to see in the morning. We were checking out the next day, so it didn’t make sense to move us to another room. I asked the night clerk about compensation, but he didn’t have that authority. The next morning, the manager was working the front desk when we checked out. I wasn’t asked how our stay was, so I informed her of the issue. I was told that the room was at a comfortable temperature and no discount would be given. I’m very disappointed with customer service, a small gesture such as comping our breakfast or our tickets to the therme baths would have been a nice token. I understand that things happen, I don’t understand not valuing your clientele.

Charmantes Boutiquehotel mit besonders herzlichem Team. Viele der Zimmer im Hotel bzw. Gästehaus nebenan sind renoviert und haben besonders schöne Bäder. Die Einrichtung ist zeitlos modern. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr gute Frühstück mit frischen sehr guten Produkten. Manchmal gibt es auch noch Extras aus dem Restaurant die einem Lust auf einen Besuch am Abend machen - sehr empfehlenswert!! Ganz entscheidend aber ist das wirklich tolle Team das sich so persönlich um einen bemüht. Man fühlt sich wirklich sehr wohl!

Originally I sought a hotel in Baden Baden, as I was visiting Gaggenau. However weekend hotel stays there were booked many weeks in advance. Casting a wider net, I located hotels in Neuweier. This turned out to be more my style, as it is quieter and more sedate. There are very nice walking trails above the town. The breakfast buffet was superb. The host family must not be from Germany as we both worked a bit in German to converse. I found them to be friendly and helpful. I believe I have found a new place to stay, and would gladly return again. I had one of the best third floor rooms overlooking the main road, with a balcony.

The single room has the most spacious bed. It is clean and hygienic, which is very affordable for this geographical location. If you drive by car, free parking is provided, and you can park outside when it is full. There are two doors for the entrance and exit, so it is very convenient to walk. Swipe your card at the back door 24 hours to enter and exit, walk a few steps down the stairs to reach caracalla and fiedrichs. Don’t look at other comments saying that climbing is very tiring. It’s broken in three steps. There are stairs shortcuts, so why bother to go around and climb the slope.

This quiet 3 stars hotel is located in an old house in the center of Baden-Baden. Reachable by car to deliver the luggage and then there are several parkings available at walking distance of the hotel. The reception part still respires the seventies, and same for the elevator but the rooms are well maintained , functional and with an excellent sleeping confort.The typical German breakfast was excellent.The owner himself prepares you excellent eggs. So definitively a great address if you are just looking for a good sleep and a good breakfast, offered at an excellent price/quality ratio. By the owner and the decoration you feel that this hotel stores a lot of good memories what makes a difference in this category of hotels.

A small old hotel close to Baden-Baden city centre. We had to move rooms due to no wifi connectivity. Nothing great as such with the hotel. Rooms are small but delicate. The beds were cosy. It's 10mts by car from the train station and 5 to 10mts by foot to the city centre. Wifi was breaking in between. Breakfast was moderate and was included in our room. Rate. Rooms had a bottle of sparkling water and small chocolate as complimentary. The reception staff are pleasant and welcoming. They provided us with the city map and advised us where to go. Overall the stay was satisfactory.

We were a family of five, with three small children and booked the suite. We asked the hotel to reserve a nearby restaurant, for which they could not have been more helpful and actually were conscientious enough the change the reservation to a slightly later time when they reaslisd we would be late. A travel cot was set up as per our request and breakfast was arranged for us to be a l little earlier, with the forethought kindness to offer us additional snacks for our long car journey. Claudia in the morning was especially helpful with such a swift and efficient breakfast and check out, nothing was too much trouble and such amazing service and hospitality is a rarity, for this the hotel stands out a mile! I would highly recommend this hotel who is looking for extra special special and beautiful place to stay.

The room is well located. Excellent view from the windows to a beautiful little area. There is an elevator. There is a kitchen and a wardrobe. Defects: All batteries are ignored. We turned on everything but only one worked. The room was warmed for the second day. The first night was very cold-wake up with the ice skin of hands and faces)) No wifi. On the respiratory was asked, said the password is at the door on the wall but it is not there) Respiratory is in another hotel, making it difficult to search. If it were not for the host of the neighboring hotel that took us to the receptacle- they wouldn't have guessed. Receptacle is in the diagonal hotel on the square-where the biggest street cafe is.

We stayed here for only 1 night since we were at the end of our month long trip. to Germany and Italy. This hotel is in the suburb of Baden-Baden and off the beaten path. It is a very nice more of a BB than a classic hotel. The town is quaint and the people very nice. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is quaint and located in wine country so there are vineyards everywhere including down the street from the hotel. As with most places in Germany, there are castles everywhere. I would stay there again if we were in the area. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

We booked this hotel based on the online reviews. It’s more than we typically spend per night, but this was a special kid free weekend. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. A nice perk is if you book directly through the hotel, as a thank you, the first fill of the mini bar is free. I so wanted to love this hotel. Despite advertising air conditioning, our room just wasn’t getting cold. I went and spoke with the night clerk on our second night, thinking maybe it was operator error and could be easily fixed. The night clerk pulled up our room on the computer and tells me that the air conditioning is broke. It would have been nice if given the fact they obviously saw this on check in, they had put us in a functioning room. The clerk apologized and said he would make a note in our record for the manager to see in the morning. We were checking out the next day, so it didn’t make sense to move us to another room. I asked the night clerk about compensation, but he didn’t have that authority. The next morning, the manager was working the front desk when we checked out. I wasn’t asked how our stay was, so I informed her of the issue. I was told that the room was at a comfortable temperature and no discount would be given. I’m very disappointed with customer service, a small gesture such as comping our breakfast or our tickets to the therme baths would have been a nice token. I understand that things happen, I don’t understand not valuing your clientele.

This is the largest space hotel I have stayed in Europe. I really left a very good impression in this beautiful town of Baden-Baden. The hotels that arrived at 6 in the morning are all early check-in. The corridor provides fruits and bread all day. It is convenient to walk everywhere. Although it is on the roadside, it is not noisy at all.

The single room has the most spacious bed. It is clean and hygienic, which is very affordable for this geographical location. If you drive by car, free parking is provided, and you can park outside when it is full. There are two doors for the entrance and exit, so it is very convenient to walk. Swipe your card at the back door 24 hours to enter and exit, walk a few steps down the stairs to reach caracalla and fiedrichs. Don’t look at other comments saying that climbing is very tiring. It’s broken in three steps. There are stairs shortcuts, so why bother to go around and climb the slope.
