Staff not friendly put nice and clean rooms nice location good breakfast

The hotel is in a great location, and it should be the best hotel in Baden-Baden. It is located opposite the drinking fountain hall and **. As expected, I was not given the room type I booked at first, but after negotiation, I was given a larger room type. So if you are not good at English, book a basic room in Europe, and don't pay extra for other room types, because they will definitely give you a worse room type. This is my experience. The hotel is very close to the central area, within a few minutes' walk. There is a Lion Hotel restaurant near the hotel that is very popular and basically full, and the boss lady serves in person. I ordered pork knuckle and grilled ribs, which tasted great. The hotel's breakfast is very good and the service is also thoughtful. Baden-Baden is a relaxing and romantic resort city.

It's very good. You must go to the underground floor to have a sauna and experience the exotic atmosphere and different culture.

The location, service and room layout of the hotel far exceeded expectations. The location is excellent, right next to **. The restaurant on the first floor has a good dinner. The front desk receptionist is very enthusiastic, especially Mr. Christian Werling (sorry, I may not remember the name very accurately), who is enthusiastic and meticulous.

Hotel very well located and very pleasant

Hotel was central and lovely and warm. The beds were not a double bed but two single beds together which made it uncomfortable. The breakfast was amazing.

Great location, rooms clean but slightly dated. Parking expensive and slow but overall would come back agian.
