Very friendly and new hotel (the hotel building is on the right at the end of photo 1). It has a self-service luggage locker. It is commendable in every aspect. The breakfast is rich. It is right next to the two famous hot springs. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the center of the old city.

The service was poor. I informed the front desk three times, but they only cleaned the room once in three days.
When cleaning the room, they looked at the free bottled water and didn't refill it.
For the buffet breakfast, other Europeans only had to give their room numbers, but seeing that we were Asians, they asked us to fill in our names and room numbers. Of course, they didn't spoil us...

The overall feeling is very good. The design of the hotel is novel. The environment near the hotel is very good. The facilities are complete and the service is friendly. It is close to two bathhouses and is convenient for bathing. However, the rooms are a bit small. It is difficult to find the entrance to the hotel and you need to walk up a slope.

Very chaotic, staff don't know the correct procedures among themselves... despite booking for three days, I was asked to vacate the room several times. They kept making excuses and then I was asked to leave the room again.
Asked for my room number 4 times at breakfast by different staff.
Bathroom cleanliness satisfactory.
Garage reservation a disaster... entry card works... have to pay €25.00 for reserved parking space, which is ultimately occupied and despite having an entry card you have to ring the bell so that the barrier opens.
All in all, the stay was poor... finally, in the evening, I had to listen to complaints from several guests at the bar, which ultimately confirmed my experience!
