The hotel is located in the old part of Ayvalik, about 10 minutes from the sea. We couldn't get there with our minibus but Aydın, the manager, contacted our driver and he was able to pick up us and our luggage. We have been and have fun for two nights. The rooms are very simple, but breakfast is fantastic, there is sweet and salty with fruit, yoghurt, eggs and more and served in a nice garden. Aydin speaks a perfect Englishman, he is very kind and a good organizer, suggesting restaurants, beaches, a beautiful sunset view and booking a boat trip, careful in every detail. Thanks to Aydin and staff for your hospitality!

The hotel staff and owner are very interested and helpful. We were 2 times renovated in the 3rd floor, but we didn't regret. There are very large rooms with a nice air conditioning and mini-fridge, their beds are comfortable. They also succeed in cleaning and cleaning, which is important in the Covid period. There is a beach of your own at 5 minutes walking distance. The lift is available. The garlic is at the centre walking distance and there are a101, bim and 2 shock stores within 100 metres. No car park problem

My family and I had a WONDERFUL time at the Ebruli. Çan and his staff are SO friendly and SO helpful, going above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable stay—not only at the hotel but in Cunda generally. From getting up extra early to make a special quick breakfast for us before an early morning flight, to arranging and confirming taxi logistics in advance of travel days, to helping us out with extending our stay in extra rooms when other hotel arrangements fell through last minute... I can't sing the praises of this team enough. The hotel itself is neat and tidy and has a warm family feel. The location is great: set peacefully aside from the main drag of Cunda (easy parking!), and only a 2 min walk from the waterfront and town. The best blend of great access to everything you want in Cunda while having some peace and privacy with a homey feel.

Ne yazık ki resepsiyonist Beyza hanımın kaba tavırları yüzünden bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim ve tavsiye etmeyeceğim bir otel oldu. 2.gün Odanın temizlenmediğini belirttiğimde odaya elinde çarşaflarla gelip ''çok rahatsız olduysanız kendiniz değiştirin'' cümlesi kuran bir resepsiyonist. Konaklamam boyunca kaba davranışlarına defalarca maruz kaldım. Kahvaltıdayken temizlik rica etmiştim. Daha öncesinde aynı saatte yapılan bu iş için o gün Beyza hanım, çıkış saati olan 12yi bekleyip çıkan odaların temizliğinden sonra temizlik alabileceğimi söyledi. Lobiye inip bir şey soruyorum dönüp misafire bakmıyor bile. Neden böyle davrandığını sorduğumda'' hanfendii açıkçası sizi muhatap almak istemedim'' cümlesiyle karşılaşıyorum. Beyza hanımın göz devirmeleri de cabası. Bu davranışları üzerine ön büro müdürü Aslan bey ile görüşme sağladım. Müdür olarak çalışanın yapmış olduğu bu uygunsuz hareketler sebebiyle benimle oldukça nazik konuştu ve telafi etmeye çalıştı. Çalışanıyla da görüşme yapmıştır diye düşünüyorum ancak Beyza hanımın davranışlarında değişen hiçbir şey yoktu. Aksine daha da kabalaşmıştı. Lobiye gelen misafirini bir selam vermeden, nasıl yardımcı olabilirim demeden, ''eveet?'' diyerek karşılayan birisiydi kendisi. Tatile gidip dinlenmek isterken tam aksi bir konaklama deneyimi yaşatıldı. Gerçekten bu davranışlara maruz bırakıldığım için çok üzüldüm. Diğer resepsiyonistler Güngör bey ve Mert bey işlerinde ve saygı konusunda çok iyiler kendilerinden çok memnun kaldık. Restaurant ekibi yine çok iyi. Kahvaltıları oldukça temiz, özenli ve lezzetliydi. Genel olarak güzel bir servis ve tutum olsa da sepetteki çürük elma bütün sepete zarar veriyor. Otel yönetimi bu yorumu dikkate alırsa, Beyza hanımın misafirlerine davranışlarını, nasıl karşılayıp uğurladığını da ne kadar güler yüzlü olduğunu da fark eder kameralardan izler.

It was a hotel we found by coincidence on the way we decided and left in the morning. We are lucky to stay here in one of the most crowded periods of Cunda. In a small, quiet and peaceful environment, the following routes of Cunda were certainly the point for us. The owners of Sema Lady and Enver, who were clear of whatever they were doing, loved their jobs, were incredibly kind, very helpful in everything. And we have never seen the content of their breakfasts before, and they are making breakfast with the supper made by Sema Lady, with grapes, olives and various kinds of breakfasts in a wonderful view and taste. There are also very beautiful stone ovens in the gardens, we haven't been equal to wind-weather, but I hope those who go get the chance to eat pizza here. The rooms, bathrooms are quite clean and large enough. We stayed in a room in the basement because we planed the last minute but it was quite fun. You can walk down the olive trees on the market in 2 minutes in a close location. We have made a place to be passed in Cunda with this beautiful coincidence, and we also thank the Shuha Lord, who is again very helpful to us in the accommodation process.

I just returned from a stay at the hotel Billurcu and only have great things to say about it. It is a medium sized Family oriented hotel with several different room options such as singles, doubles, triples and apartments that come with a kitchenette and living space. The hotel spaces are clean and comfortable and the staff is attentive and friendly. We never sat long at the pool or the lobby for someone to stop by ask us how we are doing and if there is anything we need. The hotel has several pools, some equipped with slides for children and adults. Next to the pool there was plenty of seating and lounge area and the pool side bar had cool drinks and small meals that were available throughout the day. The hotel buffet offers a wide variety of local and international dishes that are both delicious and visually pleasing. The hotel owner speaks German, English and Turkish and is a wealth of information regarding history, local events and places to visit and Tips for overall visit to Turkey. They can assist in Transfers to and from the airport, local tours, flight information and money exchange. The hotel is located within 2 hours of several historical sites and UNESCO World Heritage sites such as the ancient city of Troy, Pergamon and Ephesus. The hotel is happy to assist in booking tours for you. The hotel has handicap friendly rooms and pool accessories and is very accommodating to families with children. They offer high- chairs, cribs, toddler pool, small water slide, children’s beach toys and a playground on premises. They also have a game room with board games, fuss ball table and pool table. The hotel beach is located on 7 km of sand beach and has an attendant that will bring you a lounge chair and ask you if there is anything you need as soon as you arrive. 16-18 We stayed on November 2020. I have to make a gradual assessment because we don't stay in a typical season hotel and season. The hotel is very quiet because it is about 3km away from the centre of the ayvalık and is in a slightly high position with the front sea view. The location will not be a problem for your vehicle. The hotel is very quiet because it is not seasonal. The cleaning can be called enough. There is a wide variety of, but low-quality table at breakfast and there is only tea. I can say this as an old employee of an international hotel chain at the top of Turkey. Hotel is to satisfy the guest. The guest here is aware of the amount he has paid and is already waiting for spa, lounge, fitness center, etc., but even the minimum is waiting for maximum service. -There are only carton glasses in the room. The guest who enters the room doesn't drink any hot drinks. No water heating. That's very simple but not. We asked for tea service one evening and came but 2.akam reception answered 'service closed'. From the hotel location, the hotel is in a quiet position. The pandemic is very boring for children and families over 65 years old because the hotel is service closed. You can't even drink or sit down on the river or the river. Even though the pictures show children like toys around the river, we received the 'out use' answer. Probably because of the season. Price/performance? I don't think. It may be below the average price, but there is a lot of disadvantage compared to the average hotels. I don't prefer the second time.

Super clean and modern furnished rooms. Amazing Turkish breakfast with fresh greens, warm eggs, freshly made pastries. The staff is the best you can imagine to have, always ready to help, smiling and the best example of Turkish hospitality. I am not going to share her name but Mrs N. at reception treated us like she is hosting us at home. We had to stay in low season in this hotel as my father was hospitalized in Ayvalik for two weeks. We knew nobody in the city and the stuff comforted us with extra treats of tea/ coffee, checking on us everyday, smiling and offering their help all the time. I cannot express my gratitute enough to Carpe Diem Hotel owner and her stuff. I hope many more visitors will book their trip there to see such a “feel like home” experience.

I found a hotel where we stayed for New Year's Eve 2016 much better than that time. Employees are doing their best, they care a lot about cleanliness. Facilities are good. We think it deserves a higher rating. Food wasn't bad at all
