Berbat, bomboş otele 2 kadın rezervasonu riski düşünülmediği, otel girişi, kapıgüvenliği, ışıklandırma, yok!!! oda ışık bozuk!! Karartma gibi cep tel ışıklarıyla sekreter dışardan geldi yardım etti. Saldırıya uğrayabilirdik!! Gecemiz berbat edildi. Yazıklar olsun.
Uzunhan otellerine gece değişiklik yapıldı. Ve özür bile dilenmedi. Herhangi bir jest yapma gereği duyulmadı. Otel sahibi ilgisiz. Bu seçime Çok pişman olduk

En arrivant à l'hôtel, personne à la réception. Après plusieurs tentatives d'appels téléphoniques sans réponse, une personne finit par arriver, nous aurons beaucoup de mal à échanger en anglais avec elle.
Nous lui demandons où se trouve le parking de l'hôtel, il n'y en a pas!
Nous demandons à quelle heure le petit-déjeuner, elle repond 8h30 mais il faut aller dans un autre hôtel à 200 mètres (en réalité 500 mètres).
Dans la chambre Nous tentons de mettre la climatisation en marche mais il n'y a pas de piles dans la télécommande et de nouveau personne à la réception .
Nous finissons par prendre les piles de la télécommande/TV et ça marche enfin.
Dans la salle de bains, une odeur très désagréable et persistante malgré la fenêtre ouverte.
Pas de miroir ni de tablette pour poser les affaires de toilette au dessus du lavabo, ils sont installés au dessus de la cuvette des wc!!
Pas d'isolation sonore, éclairage fantaisiste.
Nous n'avons vu personne en partant le soir pour aller dîner, ni au retour, ni même le lendemain matin...

odamız cezası olanlar içindi. Yatak berbat. banyo kokuyordu. Sıcak su azzzzzzzz akıyordu. yastık taşşşşşş. ama en önemlisi gece soğuktu ve battaniye veya yorgan yoktu. şehirde battaniye veya yorgan satın alabileceğimiz bir aradık sadece Chakra yı bulduk ve yorgan fiyatı 4bin küsürdü. almadık. başka bir açık battaniye satan yer bulamadık. sabaha kadar donduk eşimle. başka bir söze gerek yok. Eşyaları topladık gidiyorduk. Odamizi değiştirdiler. Rahat ettik gibi. Evimizi çok özledik. Evimizdeyiz ve mutluyuz, marka konaklama tesisinden başkasında asla kalmayız.

İyi karşılandım, güzel ve sevimli bir otel. Asansör çalışmadığı için 3 kat merdiven çıktım ama neyseki 1 geceliğine gittiğim için küçük bir çantam vardı. Odadaki apliklerden birinin camı kırıktı, sarkıt avizenin bağlantı yerindeki boğat sallanıyordu. Umarım bu zor zamanları atlattıktan sonra biraz bakım yapılır. Çok güzel bir bina ve çalışanlar da güzel yüzlü ve yardımcı.

13 numaralı odayı oda olarak başka bir misafire verilmemesini dilerim. Geceleri resepsionun gürültüsü, gündüzleri kahvaltı için inenlerin masaları çekişi,çatal bıçak sesleri ile uykunuz diye bir şey kalmıyor. Bütün bunları geçtim odama ait olan masada ben içerde uyurken başkaları kahvaltı için oturup güle oynaya gürültü eşliğinde uykumu böle böle kahvaltı yapıyor ve hiç bir uyarı yapılmıyor. Üstüne üstlük banyo havlularında pas lekeleri mevcuttu. Aniden alınmış bir otel rezervasyonu olduğu için değişim şansım olmadı maalesef.
