Ok to stay yet staff have no trace of positive customer relations whatsoever. Overly defensive and rude reaction to minor questioning of misunderstandings. No efforts to understand or settle. Definite lack of communication skills.

We just completed a lovely stay at the Apart Hotel Ege. The hotel staff welcomed us with kindness and wonderful Turkish hospitality from the moment we arrived, even helping us with heavy bags to our apar**ent.
Later during our stay they helped us arrange taxis, answered questions about local restaurants, and they even assisted us with laundry during our stay. All above and beyond my expectations of any hotel!
The apar**ent was clean and well equipped and has a lovely terrace with a 180 degree view of the Aegean Sea. Just lovely.
My daughter (and both my husband and I) adored taking swims in the large swimming pool on premises, sitting in the spacious garden, and the lavish breakfasts prepared by the hostess and her team.
Beach access is steps across from the hotel, literally 15 steps from the hotel. It's a clean beach and good for swimming. There are several nice beach restaurants nearby for easy meals and a grocery store within a 5 minute walk. Plus public bus stopping by regularly for easy drive into Ayvalik.
All in all, we loved our stay at the Apart Hotel Ege and look forward to future stays there anytime our travels bring us to the Ayvalik area. Four stars for this convenient and comfortable hotel and their wonderful staff. I highly recommend Apart Hotel Ege!!!

Keşke hiç kimse bu cennet bölgeyi ve bu şahane oteli keşfe**ese ve her yaz sadece ben gitsem! Her sabah rüya gibi bir manzara ve havaya uyanıyorsunuz, balkondan güneşin doğuşunu ve batışını baştan sona seyrediyorsunuz.Otelin tamamı ;odalar,mobilyalar,mutfak malzemeleri,çarşaf,havlu vs herşey tertemiz...havuz,bahçe,tüm ortak alanlar pırıl pırıl..şezlonglar,şemsiyeler 5 yıldızlı otel konforunda.Çocuğumla gi**eme rağmen yanımda götürdüğüm hiçbirşeyi kullanmadım. 3 aylık bebekle de çok yaşlı aile büyükleriyle de gidip çok huzurlu ve keyifli bir tatil geçirebilirsiniz. Böyle butik bir otel nasıl bu kadar iyi işletilebilir diye düşünürken Serdar bey'in çok uzun yıllar beş yıldızlı otel yönetim tecrübesi olduğunu öğrendim.Baktığınız her noktada Serdar bey'in titizliğini ve kalite anlayışını görüyorsunuz. Bu kıyaslamayı Antalya'da beş yıldızlı bir otel zincirinin farklı lokasyonlarında defalarca konaklayan bir sadık müşterisi olarak yaptığımı söylemek isterim. Ayvalık'ın en şirin bölgesinde ,deniz tertemiz,akvaryum gibi, bazen ayağınızı soktuğunuz yerde balıkları görüyorsunuz , Carrefour 5 dk mesafede,çok yakında büfe ve restaurantlar var. Bu yaz 7 gün kaldım ,seneye 70 gün kalabilmek istiyorum. Teşekkürler EYT : )
