Ocak ayında Annemin kardeşinin vefatı nedeniyle Annem ve Babam için bu otelin puanının yüksek olmasına güvenip oteli aradım. Otel ücretinin tamamını talep ettiler. Çok fazla otel deneyimim olduğu için çok ta müşteriye ihtiyaçları olmadığını hissettim, Cenazemiz olduğunu biraz huzurlu bir oda konusunda yardımcı olmalarını rica ettim, paranın tamamını gönderdim. Annem ve Babama otelde tek insan görmemelerine rağmen kötü bir oda vermişler. Ertesi gün sabah kardeşim de cenazeye katılmak üzere ailemin odasına girmek istediğinde derhal 1000 tl talep edilmiş. Defalarca kurumsal ve çok lüks otellerde kaldık bu kadar para odaklı ve yardımseverlikten uzak otel görmedim. 80 yaşlarına yakın iki kişiyi anlamazlar diye mi bu kadar özensiz davrandınız? Benim bildiğim cenazesi olan kişiye daha konuksever davranılır.

We stayed one night at the Bacacan. The pictures online only show one wing of the hotel which overlooks the water. But in fact there is a second wing (at 90 degrees to the sea view wing) that overlooks the busy main road through Ayvalik. Fortunately I booked a sea view room which was lovely as we could open the windows and look straight out to sea. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Nothing special. Valet parking onsite/next door is available. The hotel has no grounds or garden and is located literally on the side of the main road as it used to be a soap factory. But eating breakfast outside at the back was pleasant.

Clean, tidy, comfortable, and extremely well equipped rooms. Big, breezy windows that can open and close fully, as well as black-out curtains. Kind, invested, and hardworking staff that REALLY make you feel like you are getting the 5-star experience. AMAZING breakfast with everything you could possibly want, which you can enjoy it on the patio and dock in the beautiful sunshine. Wish we could have stayed more than one night! Absolutely loved it.

Ayvalık merkezdeki eski bakanın olduğu yer. Otel çok güzel olmuş. Hizmet kaliteli. Kahvalti güzel. Otopark biraz küçük ama idare ediyorlar. Deniz kenarında olması harika. Şehre yürüme mesafesinde. Mutlaka kalın Neler yapılacak neler yenilecek buralar çok guzel

Nice hotel with atentive staff and proper service. Well situated in the city and close to good restaurants and service. We enjoyed the flexibility of food delivery in house and from outside supplier. The rooms is spacious and clean. Good place to stay at.
