However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas. The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay. The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience. Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort. Outdoor amenities was decent but major miss on in room amenities. Air conditioner was not functioning properly and hotel teams was also not able to resolve it. Spent whole nigh night without air conditioner in hot summar. Disappointed

The hotel is beautifully built, very close to the airport, convenient for transportation, the hotel has a large area, there is a garden outside, the room is old and the quilt is relatively thin. Restaurant meals are delicious.

We stayed this hotel for two days, the stay was nice and the room is very spacious, clean and tidy with affordable rate. Overall services was good, staffs from the hotel and the hill view restaurant was good.

location is convenient. We can get to the bus station very easily. Facilities are so clean that I think the hostel is the best during my trip in India.
